I have not seen any listed nor heard any during announcements. The only thing I've seen are the presentations by Dr Valerie Mock. They aren't listed as "guest speaker" or otherwise noted to indicate they're live, and I haven't been to any, so I don't know if they're live talks or recorded. There have been a few interesting topics; they've conflicted with other activities for us.

@js1357 on the Rome r/t just before drydock, 2 football games were shown on it Oct 29 (embarkation day) - we didn't notice the 3pm Cowboys game (we would have gone) & DH didn't want to go to the Seattle game. I remember him saying the same for KC & TB games on Nov 5th Bari. There are plenty of old movies (whatever date range that is) that could be shown, if that's the requirement. "Home Alone" is being shown on the World Stage, so I guess older than that?🤔 I think the movies on the 28th & 29th were more recent than "Home Alone" but did not verify. Such a waste - 6 showings in a months time - ugh.

They showed movies on it Alicante 28th and Malaga 29th both at 3pm. Other days it wasn't off - it projects pictures/images, so it works. I bought gelato on the 28th when it was showing a movie, so I know that one for sure was playing. It's disappointing for it to not be used; it's a nice feature and with the dome retractable, weather doesn't impact it. During the tree lighting, the ceremony was not even shown on it (gold screen to the left of the tree).

Tomorrow's Daily. Afternoon tea has a different theme; we keep saying we'll go, then we do something else. Maybe we can make "The Deep Blue" at 11am; that should be very interesting.

Officers and other crew attended. Couple Christmas carols sung then tree lit. Servers came through with hot chocolate and cookies.

I have not seen it fully open, but noticed about the time the tree was lit, it was open a squidge. Yes, the pool is heated. Lots of people in it earlier today and every lounger was being used. Not a good picture, but here's the tree after the lighting.

Good size crowd gathered for the tree lighting. All the garland is lit; tree looks a tad sad being dark. Next shot it should look better 🫣

Based on other f&b charges, I would say there'd be 18% on top, but have not done any this cruise or last. I'm happy to ask.

Pizza & Deli is it for now, so yes, it does look like a ship w/o that would be room service. You can write things in on room service and most times you will get them. I write in hot oatmeal and crispy 🥓 🥓 and almost always get them.

It really is the same - on here, it's done on "Orange Night" starting up in Explorations Crow'sNest (deck 12) before the Orange Party. It goes to 4 different bars; cost is $25, which I think is a pretty good deal for 4 drinks. We didn't go, but passed people on the stairs who were participating - they appeared to be having a great time - lots of singing 🤭

Agree. I'm looking forward to the tree lighting early this evening 🤭 BB's looked particularly festive during this morning's Coffee Talk. Does the tree swaying count as a festive event if it was due to the ocean motion not the music? Hopefully it's noticeable in this clip; it was obvious in person. 20231205_102443.mp4

Is it just me or do others also wish people would not use the elevators and decor as resting areas for their spent food and vessels?🤔 In other words, please don't leave your dirty dishes in the floor at an elevator or in a planter. Thank you!🙄 I think Deck 5 has a resident slob.

Good morning, Sea Day! Sunrise over the Atlantic as seen from my balcony. We will attend our first ever tree lighting at sea today!

TV froze last night after switching channel to the bow cam. This morning, we turned it on and it's working again.

Have not seen any on current cruise and have not asked, so I don’t know.

We just started a movie - it is working fine.

We have not - this is it. Still a few items available outside the perfume shop to purchase for those who need something. They're starting to set up in BB King's and the Photog has the backdrop ready.
