Did you receive your pre-voyage documents/boarding pass? My cruise is on May 6 and I have not received anything yet

Does anyone know if we need to upload travel documents (passport, vaccination card, etc) or additional information on the website before embarkation? Or is this all done in person due to no online check-in? I saw a small documents tab on the account portion of the website but kept getting error messages when trying to upload. I am going on Silversea later this year and they had a much more extensive list of documents and information required, which I successfully uploaded. On Silversea, these documents were required within 2 weeks of embarkation, which is coming up for my Azamara cruise and has me nervous. Any ideas? Tried to call but lines are closed due to high volume...

I am not going to be able to help with most of your questions as I have not sailed yet - we are going in May! Not sure about if they hold passports, although I have never seen that on any cruise. I did a deep dive on these forums and found posts in 2013 and 2017 saying people disembarked early without an issue, and just to notify guest relations when you get on board. We are trying to get off the ship at 5am for an 8am flight. Let me know if they respond to your inquiry about leaving early and I will also let you know how it goes for us in May.

@jms I emailed them and asked if I could disembark early (the day of disembarkation, not night before) to make an 8am flight at Venice Marco Polo airport and they said yes, but if you want a transfer with Azamara the flight must leave at 11:30am or later. Did they ever get back to you? Not sure I trust the information I received as I had to ask multiple times before the employee understood.

This website refers to the Venice port at that price point. I emailed them about Chioggia and they said they can pick up from there but would contact later with the rate.

Hello, I will be docking in Chioggia on May 17th and overnighting to May 18th on the Azamara Journey. My flight departs from Venice Marco Polo Airport at 8am and I need a transfer to the airport, however Azamara only offers transfers for flights departing 11:30am and later. They have not been able to suggest an alternative, although did say we will be able to disembark early to make our flight. Does anyone have experience with this, and perhaps a recommendation for a reputable and affordable transfer service? Would have to depart around 5am. Received one quote for 187euro which seems overpriced. Finally, does anyone know the address of where we would disembark that would accurately portray our location to a potential driver? Thank you
