You have to make enough food in advance to cover say 7000 passengers. You can't risk running out. Nobody is blindly over charging for it. They plan that out long in advance. -
My $50 obc just showed up in cruise planner. Never did get that apology email and my purchase is still listed. Hasn't been canceled or removed or whatever from planner purchase history yet. Baby steps I guess. I just want it done. Gone from planner, gone from credit card. This has taken up way too much of my time.

Has anyone but me not received any communication on this yet. I never got a letter. Never got a credit. Never a refund. Nothing. Am I the last one?

Wow. So this sounds like it's gonna be a real problem. Was really looking forward to swimming on this island. Never ever had this problem on Disney's private island. Maybe it's the location? Wind/current etc?
