Da Vinci definitely is Reserve Dining for the entire cruise except on disembarkation day for breakfast it’s in a separate area in Botticelli.

I agree. Nicola is wonderful. ❤️ We are back on the Enchanted again at the beginning of November. He told us he wasn’t going to be there then. If you get a chance to talk to him again, please ask him if anything has changed he would love to see him again.

On the Enchanted in December I couldn’t even login to Princess.com when I was on the ship. When we were in port then I could login using the internet not ships WiFi.

Does the Emerald still have the steam room by the pool or is that part of the spa now & there is a charge you use it?
I thought I’d read they removed but I’m not sure.

I finally decided to just buy a gift card. Didn’t want to deal with this anymore. Wasn’t happy my charge info was on shoreside since I never authorized it from past sailings. I added gift card to shoreside & it automatically changed it for all my bookings in the new app & the old app. I’m just going to use the gift card now & leave $1 on it.

How early would you consider booking a flight from LAX? The flight we are looking at leaves at 12:30. We would be flying from LAX on a Friday. What would be the best, quickest & most reliable way to get from the port to the airport?

Went to OceanFront to ask why I cannot use the app to book my dining reservations for my May cruise. Same Navigator, same obfuscation. “Of course you can book them, you just have to go to the web version of the app.” I couldn’t help myself, I looked him square in the eyes and asked, “so just how helpful is this app?” As @SCX22 suggested, he immediately jumped to defense mode, saying that too many people were using the app to change their dining reservations and it messed up the booking system, so that’s why it’s no longer possible to access future cruises.
FYI! When we were on the Enchanted in December before new app came out I needed to see something in one of my future bookings & even then being onboard I could not see my future cruises & that was the old app. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve done that. Just don’t understand why we can’t see all our upcoming cruises anymore. And how is this going to work when you’re on a ship if you have to sign in each time and it doesn’t leave you staying signed in.

Why am I not surprised the app isn’t working correctly? Everytime I login and try to access my information it says my sessions timed out and it logs me right out again. Plus it only shows 1 of my cruises. I’ve tried my iPhone and my iPad.😡
