  1. There is only one email available on their "contact us" page : cec@celebrity.com If there is a better one, I'd love to know it.
  2. The cruise was lovely but I'm having difficulty getting any response from support. They acknowledge the email but then silence. (no issues with spam filters). Pre cruise (8 weeks ago) : I found a bug in their online purchasing and was unable to buy Wifi package via phone/app. Wrote an email to CEC@celebrity.com and an acknowledgement later, nothing. Been waiting ever since. I ended up using a desktop browser and that got around the issue. It would be nice to get any kind of a reply... Post cruise (3 weeks ago) : I never received a final invoice and my cruise is not recorded in my "past cruises". Wrote to them and got an acknowledgement, and since then, nothing. I'm not in USA, sitting on the phone for 30+ minutes is not practical but it seems email support is not working either. Is there a better/alternate way to contact the support team, without picking up the phone? There doesnt seem to be Chat support... Kinda stuck and looking for suggestions.
  3. How can you identify which system you are on? We were on Virtuosa in November 2023 (Rome to Dubai) and had excellent speeds.
  4. Thank you for the link. Yes, we will be far too tired and jet lagged for any sightseeing - just want to crawl into a comfortable bed and then next day, get to the ship in a reasonable way. I'll look at the link you've sent me in detail : would love to hear some hotel suggestions from those who've spent a night near there....

We are joining the 16 night crossing from Japan to Canada, via Alaska in late May Arriving 1 day early into Narita and need a place for the night somewhere in Tokyo or Yokahama or anywhere suitable. Looking for recommendations please 🫠 We are going to be jetlagged so luxury/entertainment/amenities is not really a requirement. Just somewhere simple, clean, convenient and hopefully cheap. Biggest requirement is convenient. Cheap / simple / clean are the secondary wishes. Convenient to me means : Easy to get to from Narita and easy next day to the port in Yokahama Looking forward to the voyage, just doing the last few bits&bobs, crossing the t's and dotting the i's 🥰
  6. Hi Lissie - I was actually searching for this and didnt find it. Is this rule (unlimited soda carry on) documented anywhere? I know wine is 1 per person but I didnt find anything about soda rule for Cunard. 😅

  8. I know - but she is a Brit : has a coffee in the morning and non stop tea all day long. and I'm from across the pond, a Canuck, and I drink Diet Soda all day long. Not having a package will cause a serious dent in our wallets. 😅 Best to sort out a couple of decent packages.
  9. Myself and my wife are consumers of different forms of caffeine. She chooses tea & coffee I choose diet coke On Cunard, these drinks packages are different and I'm aware of the terms&conditions (no sharing, everyone in the same cabin must purchase etc etc). -- I'm wondering if Cunard allows for exceptions : I would like to buy my choice and she would like to buy hers but we do not wish to double up our purchases.
