  1. Porter is my favourite airline, however, your question does not relate specifically to Porter. It would be the same process regardless of airline if it was a connecting flight.
  2. It’s a crap shoot. Did that itinerary last year and it was warm. May be warm or cold. Layer.
  3. My Nexus expired the beginning of May. I got a notification for renewal over 6 months ago and just got notification that it was approved (without an interview, thankfully). Still awaiting new card. This is my second renewal and definitely took more time than the last time.
  4. Definitely Nexus lines at Pearson….not sure about the preferred credit cards.
  5. It’s Air Canada…..I wish you and your luggage good luck.
  6. I don’t use Uber but if I did I could use Skype to call.
  7. Absolutely correct because I was looking at it the other day and it was more expensive but when the offer came through at the lower price I grabbed it. Saved over $50 USD so thought it was worth it. I am able to use my Canadian phone in Quebec City and Sydney and can find wifi in Boston and NY but this will just make it easier over the entire voyage.
  8. I was going to get wifi every other day for my 16 day sailing but when I saw that offer I booked like you did.
  9. To each their own…..parking would not be my financial priority. I’m out of here. I don’t hang around when people get nasty.
  10. I would never pay the daily rates Tharp Canadian phone companies charge. I am in the US several months a year and have never paid to use my phone. It goes on airplane mode before crossing the border and stays that way until I am back in Canada. iMessages can be sent to iPhones when connected to wifi and you can communicate with Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp, etc while connected to wifi. If you are concerned about security while using public wifi then get a VPN.
  11. Have you considered NOT driving to Pearson? From Sarnia you could take VIA rail. The UP Express runs from Union Station to Pearson and takes half an hour.
