Sitting on flight now reflecting on a most beautiful and lovely cruise while also reflecting on what might have been and expectations from a cruise at the EJ price point. I am already in contact with a rep in Geneva via email to make sure to reverse the charge for the not delivered ride share. EJ needs to figure out how to make pax experiences easy and for example having to spend any of my time or energy to deal with an undelivered service is not good. If we had waited longer we would have missed our flight sovwe took matters into our own hands to get to airport I would have much preferred to have had E J do what they so far have charged Oh well still happy we went so many lovely memories All the best

Finally sitting in airport waiting unfortunately for me and EJ they made disembarkation difficult and left a bad taste after a fantastic cruise and i am not a complainer EJ did not get our getting off easy and added stress

We are in a cab on way to JFK airport because our names were not on the list for a shared car even though we were charged 135 each by E J I will report more once settled in. Great ship great food great crew however the business parts o the EJ experience are not very good. I hope they reverse the car charge on their own or i will dispute the charge. I have always been very complimentary to EJ but this last bit of screw up is unacceptable All the best

When you are on board one must eat the wagu beef in Sakura,if you eat meat. While I am not a regular beef eater and actually eat it very rarely. I have to say that this wagu Beef was the most incredible I ever tasted. I was told straight from Japan Cudos to Hank for accurate and informative posts

Last night we had an amazing dinner at Fil Rouge for 3rd time The restaurant knew it was our anniversary and even brought over the entire restaurant. To bring us some special treats and sang Let me call you sweetheart by the entire restaurant staff. The food was excellent as always, and we returned to our cabin. To find that it had been decorated with a variety of pillows, towels, and lights as a celebration for our anniversary as well as balloons. Tonight we return to Sakura for what will be our final dinner. And i'm sure we'll be wonderful We did receive our luggage tags that indicate we are To be among the first off, the ship which will get us to our destination on our flight on time, thank you, EJ This has been an extraordinary, wonderful, wonderful, beautiful trip. The food the staff are beyond compare all the best to everyone

Well I read with interest and curiosity on Hanks take on on board life on this cruise. I too am currently on board and agree with Hank 💯 I am disembarking on the 12th to return home a day earlier than originally planned and hope EJ perform as promised that I get to the airport for an early flight and off the ship timely. I love the ship as it is beautiful. The crew cannot do enough for us. The food is fantastic. What is of deep concern is that when it comes to the businees aspects of the cruise such as communication with the company on every level falls short. I should expect seemless accounting. I should expect seemless transfers I should expect to receive what i purchased. Well while we have been enjoying this trip and will continue to enjoy until we get off EJ needs to really pick up its game so that passengers are able to rely on EJ for communications just as EJ relies on passengers for payment. I am hopeful that we get off the ship as promised and that we leave the ship with a good taste in the mouth and not soured by poor communication or lacking performances by E J. That will determine our future with this cruise line Best to all love gratitude and blessings

How the ship handles weather. Today we are near a tropical storm and the ship glides easily in the water. I have no issues and love a touch of movement. I find the ship very stable and wonderful. Our compadres who were in Greenland and did the crossing may have other thoughts but actually very delightful. I hope that answers one of the prior inquiries It was a joy waking up this morning and seeing ocean waves and the open seas. 3 outiof final 4 days will be sea days my favorite.
