I wonder if I can bring along my temp controlled coffee mug? It would come in handy on those cold ship days sitting on the balcony or out on deck as it keeps any drink hot for hours. The cup itself has a long lasting battery that sits on a charging dock that plugs into an outlet.

MoCoffee is a company founded by the man who invented the Nespresso pod. The MoCoffee pod sure looks like a Nespresso, but I think it's claim to fame is that it is made from materials than are burnable, unlike those plastic pods that live forever. Nespresso pods are recyclable aluminum.

I agree on ordering only what you think you will eat. I'm not a fan of ordering just because you can and walking away leaving a full meal on the table because it's "included". I'm mainly interested in 2 starters like soup & salad or possible 2 desserts..... Providing after eating starter & main course I'd even have room for 1 dessert let alone 2.😉

Can you order more than one menu category at a time? For example if I want 2 starter dishes, or 2 main courses or 2 desserts. Another question: Is there more than one gala night?

We have the Original pods (purple in picture). Pretty spoiled. We travel with our machine because motel coffee is usually dreadful. Maybe we can sneak our machine onboard. Just kidding of coarse. 😁

My booking included the HIA, but I do not see the drink or internet package. In the itenary section of my account under the available promotional credits section I see the pre-paid crew appreciation, redeemed excursion credit, and dining credit but no drink or internet package. Where will I find these in my account.

We've had a Nespresso machine for years and love it.The Pods have varied levels of intensity so I choose my pod depending on if I want an espresso or a larger cup of coffee.

My spouse and I are big coffee drinkers and are wondering if HAL has in room coffee makers or would we need to go to the Lido for example everytime we wanted a cup of Joe?

We are taking 7 day Alaska HAL out of Vancouver and decided to drive since we live in Southern Oregon. I've seen posts of places to stay if flying, but we are driving and we are not sure where to stay that are safe but budget friendly and able to leave our car for the duration of the cruise. We have a 6hr drive to Seattle and an 8hr drive to BC so we want to do one pre-day stay either in Wa or BC. I have a couple of options I'm looking at but need suggestions for safety, ease and budget. 1.Drive to either Seattle or Bellingham Wa then next day drive (2 hr approx) to Canada Place for cruise. Where should we leave our car for the week with easy access to CP with luggage? Airport, CP, or other parking garage. 2. Drive and stay in Seattle or Bellingham, & leave our car there (possible at either WA airport). Then next day find transport to CP. Or would that not give enough time for a relaxed embarkation? 3. Drive and pre-day stay in Vancouver (not enough time to see the sights so basically just a place to relax and rest our heads before next day cruise). Where to stay, park for a week and get to CP via car, shuttle, train or?? We're debating on adding a post-day stay in Vancouver to actually sightsee, so possibly staying at a place that we can both pre and post stay and leave our car there for the duration of the cruise. Many might think I'm being silly because we're not going until May 2025, but I like to plan as early as possible so I can get an idea of the extra costs, knowing full well prices and options between now and next year could and probably will change dramatically.😃 TIA,

Please excuse if this has been asked and answered or not the correct forum. Does HAL have 24 hour food options? For example if I'm craving a midnight snack or if I want a late breakfast, say 11:00 a.m.what are my options? Thank you SORRY! I SEE THIS HAS BEEN ANSWERED😳
