  1. I don't play in casino. My gambling is limited to horses
  2. I thought I asked this, but can't find it. I have heard that in the Breakfast buffet, bacon is only served every other day, while in MDR,it's every day. Next year,we will be on an 11 day cruise, and just curious, if in the buffet, the bacon starts on first sea day,or second. Just for advanced planning TIA
  3. Ship excursion, but name of ship, wasn't mentioned. It was thru carnival
  4. We were curious about the gardens.we are in our 70s,and on excursions, use our canes,at times, and I seem to remember seeing a video, where there were lots of stairs to walk up and down,if taking an excursion to the mountain top. Carnival has one that goes up the mountain in a truck,
  5. I had ,on some other sites, reviews of excursions to St John's and the issue in a couple was that there was a very strong oil or gas smell that got some folks sitting inside ill for hours. Now these reviews were about 3 or 4 months ago. Has anyone experienced that,or do I figure it was mechanical issue, that has been resolved Thanks
  6. It isn't for months, but we just booked, and one of our ports arrives 7,and some interesting excursions start 730
  7. Would seem so. I was just saying that to my wife, and then ready our post lol
  8. I have noticed in various fun times handouts posted, that earliest breakfast is at 7 am,but I wondered on some port days, ship arrives at 7 am,and some excursions begin as early as 730. Doesn't seem to allow time for even small breakfast. We were curious as to whether they serve breakfast earlier those Days. Thank you
  9. My wife and I walk with canes. Those stairs, especially for her, look like a deal breaker,if no ramp or elevator. Is that the case?
  10. Are you saying Megans bay does not have lockers. And we would be on cruiseship shore excursion, so not sure if we can pick our own area. But thank you for all the trunk information
  11. I have seen conflicting answerson this. We are 2 people traveling in 2024,and one of our ports is St Thomas. We were looking at shore excursions, and some include the beaches at Trunk Bay or Megan's Bay,but since just 2 of us,if we both went into water, what to do with our valuables, such as cell phone, watch, wallet, etc,so we wondered if they have lockers, and are they secure? Thanks
  12. We just booked.deck 8 midship Is it next November yet?🤔
  13. We haven't booked yet,as we had thought of April or May. But those were nt going to work,so with next couple of weeks,we intend to book this cruise
  14. On carnival and Norwegian,,always saw the prices prior to booking. I know on carnival, and ncl you still can
  15. But am I correct that you could not see prices until you booked the cruise? My wife is wary of that.she made an analogy that is like booking a cruise without knowing how much the cabin,or the pre paid gratuities are. We are looking at Caribbean out of NYC next year, and comparing prices of similar cruises on carnival out of ny. We compared prices on cabins, pre paid gratuities, on board credit, but not excursions. Senior citizens like as like all th information lol
  16. Fyi,I am not tech savvy either, but if you scroll to msc cruises, click on it,near top,it will have bar, start new topic.just go from there
  17. We have sailed on several cruise lines, and researched others over past 17 years, but never been on MSC,but were considering one next spring.part of choosing a cruise for us,is looking at shore excursions. When looking at MSC website, they, just like every other line, have the description, duration, and difficulty level, but unlike every other cruise line, they don't show the prices of the excursions. For us senior citizens, that is part of the choosing which cruise equation. Do you have to book a cruise to find that out,or is there somewhere to find it. Thanks
  18. That's OK I found a video of 9164 in that area
  19. Hi, We have looked all over for this and can't find it. We were looking for photos of the Balconies (not the rooms themselves) of 9164,9172,and 9188,on the Merglavia. Thank you
  20. Just curious how it was and if you had pictures of the balcony itself
