Ordinarily cruise ship insurance has been my go to,  when I booked cruise, automatically purchased it.

Now having second thoughts about covid related issues I will purchase an add on policy to ease my mind.

Hi Steve, need your advice.  I have purchased cruise insurance with Royal Caribbean. This is a transatlantic ending in Southampton. Plan on flying to Barcelona for a beach vacation. 

Would the five days after my cruise ends be covered?  Trying to figure out "Scheduled Return Date"( the date you are originally scheduled to return to the point of origin or the original final destination of your trip). I live in Florida, flying to Newark to board Anthem. My return trip home is Barcelona to Fort Myers. Does "trip" refer to cruise only dates? Cruise begins 5/2/2022 ends 5/13/2022. My trip begins 5/1/2022 and ends 5/18/2022

Do they ever "run-out" of seat extenders?  I am flying Delta from BCN to ATL in May , dont want my body squeezed for 9 hours. Would love to loose weight before trip but wont hold my breath🤣Maybe they would upgrade me to business for free LOL!

FlyerTalker- so we should be considering  more than 2 hours in AMS? If that turns out to be true will Delta change flight times to honor this? Or, are we as passengers respossible? Have already purchased ticket for next May. KLM/Delta from CPH to AMS, than Delta to ATL-RSW

I am booked on Delta#75 returning from AMS to ATL  2 3/4 hours layover than boarding #1378 to RSW  Is that enough time to clear customs and check my bag for my home flight? This will be  Monday night May 23. Have requested wheelchair but will also have my walker. 😄

my questions are: will luggage go straight through from CPH to RSW? 

Passport control  CPH,  AMS and ATL?

Price was right for me on this connection travelling economy with seat upgrade main cabin $571

Sorry Bruce,  referring to Lufthansa round trip flight. I know there is a stop in FRA from CPH but non-stop to RSW from FRA.  I would purchase round trip ticket because of price ($675) and not use return to CPH would hope to change that portion to USA based stop from RSW.  TAP is still in my focus with a stop in Lisbon. Need at least economy upgrade for a bit of  comfort 

Thanks hallasm I am also looking at Lufthansa CPH to RSW (my home base) If I purchased round trip maybe I could change return end to US based stop.

Looking at Tap Portugal Economy + Flight departing CPH 12:50 (adding a stay in Lisbon) Ship is RC Voyager of the Seas, docking listed for 7AM

Would rather not stay another night in Copenhagen, but would getting to airport min 2 hours before be to stressful. Thanks! Cost is $740 one way

I am on TA Anthem of the Sears docking Southampton 5/13 than 2 days CPH to Baltic on Voyager leaving 5/15 so not eligible for round trip air unless I ditch trip Back to Europe. Am open to any European flights back to Florida as budget allow, need at least economy plus, cant afford Business Class. Senior with champagne taste and cheap wine budget😅 Should I wait longer to see if Airfare gets cheaper? or covid protocols change. LOL!

Its more than 48 hours since I made my reservation on Anthem. Difference for price  paid for 1 passenger is $102 less (travelling solo). Am I being 

cheap to ask for ship credit? Would they give it to me if I asked?🤑🤔

It seems like a silly question but wondering if anyone has chanced this. I am debarking Allure of the Seas after transatlantic May 8 2022 in Barcelona. I would love

to book Voyager of the Seas leaving Copenhagen on same day. Looks like there will be some nonstop flights at 3 hours+  4:30 departure for Voyager so I would need to be at port by 2:30? This would be a bucket list trip for me and only $1000 for inside cabin. I am 78 and use a mobility walker, travelling solo.

Hello planning 14 transatlantic on Allure of the Seas (triple threat, obese, 78 years old and solo LOL!) Sailing next April from Fort Lauderdale with a mobility walker so lugging a suitcase can be

a little bit much in and out of airports and train stations. Wishing to ship my suitcase back home to FL at end of cruise at either Valencia or Barcelona.

I would like to continue  trip to Paris and London with carryon only. UPS and POST OFFICE sites in both cities. Has anyone ever done this?  

Had a previous cruiser suggest packing light or purchasing used clothing and leave on the ship, not options I am considering.

Just to update my Norwegian story. Received full refund from them last week, 30 days from my scheduled flight. I have notified my credit card that they need to return it to sender because already received funds on disputed charge.
