Welcome to CC. Our first cruise, 20 years ago was Princess to Alaska. We have done 18 cruises, 6 on Princess. We like Princess best.

I usually buy a plastic tray from a dollar store.

We will be on our first Royal cruise the end of February. This is an 8 day cruise. What is the usual meal plan for the extra day? Do they repeat one menu or add something different?

I see oysters are available in the Steakhouse, but how about the MDR or elsewhere? We will be on the Spirit the end of November.

Is the wine pairing included with cheers?

I did that on our last cruise. I saw a women with a drink that looked good an asked her. She did not know, she did the same and told the server "one of those". She then found the server and finally got it solved..Now I don't remember what it was, but it was good.

I say go for it! My wife and I get some treatment on a cruise. Yes, you can get it a lot cheaper on land, but we just don't find the time. It makes the trip special. And even more special when you do it together.

I don't drink much, but I do like to try new things. I get the Cheers package because I can try some different and not worry abot the cost if I do not like it. First question, what drinks are done best on Carnival or differently on Carnival? Do different bars on the ship have the same drinks but do it differently? I will be on the Magic June 10th. What is your favorite bar on the Magic? What would you say I must try? I like Rum drinks, but wwill try anything once.
