I do this all the time its about 1/2/ hour ride , I usually use QLS shuttle and it cost $15.00-20.00 a person from port of Miami to Ft. Lauderdale airport..

we had the 7th floor wrap on the valor and would definitely do that one again because you have rooms below you and above you ..loved it , the one time we did deck 8 we hear chairs scraping , although it did not bother us ..

I was offered 10 or 11 the other day for 118 upsell but now when I called to go from 10 to 11 one floor they want another 108.00 to move ..ugh even though there is plenty of rooms , would you do it ? they said once you except the terms and cond it stays ...

I just took an upsell offer to spa balcony , for next January for the 13 night Journey cruise but my offer was 118.00 for 2 . I took the 10th floor , should I go higher

I am one cruise away from being diamond and to me this was my favorite perk to be able to get early access to room, the worse part is I find the Lido so overly crowded as it is waiting until rooms are ready , now add all the diamond and platinum into that crowd and its going to be crazy ..Carnival can not sell too many FTTF tickets until they see how many platinum's and diamonds they have sailing so now it all fits in, this way they know how many they can sell , and that's why they raised the price ,Im sure they will have the bacon police at the doors to keep everyone out and I bet our keys will be last to be delivered to room to prove a point incase people can get through.

yes !! you will get a refund in the same form of payment you gave them, I just received gift cards myself from cancelled excursions .

the same thing happened to me , last October on the Glory, I had all weekend to dwell on it and convince myself how much I wanted and needed this room, until I got the price tag with it , which was an additional 2,coo over and above what I paid for a wrap ,,,your on your honey moon no matter what room you have you will have an awesome time think about how far that money will go just starting out your life together and do not get caught up in the moment ...its only a room .. and only for a week .

it is out of can but watered down over ice as its warm, usually its flat as they finish up the can that's already opened first .. bring a 12 pack ...

I thought the same thing actually... but wonder if they are going to add on the 18% too? I mean the $2 per item? My fiancee gets cereal and milk for his midnight snack... that could get costly for something we thought was going to be free when we booked.

get it in the morning and put it in your fridge till night ,or bring a box with you from home

When we did a back to back, using two rooms, I had almost all my clothes on a hanger and they went from one closet to the next , the two rooms were close enough that I kept going back and forth with the rest of the stuff , no packing needed ..

I always thought Half moon Cay held a special place in my heart until I went to little French Key ... Tiffany definitely has some kind of magic powers because it was the best port in 26 cruises I have been too, and to see all the buses lined up waiting for us was amazing, and you do not have to leave together they told us when we were ready they would take us back , however there was a group of us that took the last of the transportation back as it was hard to leave .. definitely contact Tiffany and let her use her magic powers on you as well ....

Back from the Splendor today. Bluetooth Speaker. It's a good one. I still say the packing cubes were a life changer!!!

I agree love those packing cubes, I now have them in every color ... I hope your going to do a review I really enjoy reading them ... we are heading on the Glory on Saturday ..

in the past I have received a new gift card in the mail, the refund does not go back on the old gift cards I am also waiting for my refund for the cabana on the Glory 10/14 sailing . (sad)

I had the Havana suite , and yes the curtain closed all the way, I was very disappointed with the room it was so small , but not sure if it was because we had my daughter with us as a third person, and the queen bed was opened the entire week taking up all the space, I really missed my regular balcony over looking the water, doubt I would do it again, the bath room was huge loved it ..

I also used the slider to go in and out all the time, but locked myself out a few times,

sailing Glory October 14th and have the same room ... really looking forward to it.

try asking John Hearold , see if he can help you . If not you can always blow up a photo of one , and maybe you can have one waiting for you on the ship enjoy your cruise .

yes that's correct it was $ 2.99 , and now $ 4.50 which is still easier then lugging it on yourself and it is waiting for you when you arrive ...

hardly anyone walked by our room , even at night never saw anyone ..

I wanted a Havana cabin so bad this past May , and I called and had my name on a waiting list with Carnival, but they never called me , however because I still checked every day I finally was able to get one, and then on final payment day there must have been about 6 of them that opened up ...so keep looking and good luck

hey !!! so exciting to read your review, and finally my name made it in a review ..I am so sorry to hear you had some health problems , scary, I paid that same 5,000 for a ruptured appendix, so I know that can hurt, worse then the belly but at least it was not my heart .

we are also going on the Glory with Tiffany this October , if you can make it we would love to see both of you .If not then definitely keep in touch ..

I had a Havana suit on the vista and was shocked at how small it was, I am not sure which suite you saw that was big we had three of us and no walking room at all , except the bathroom was really nice I would never spend money on it again
