I found the hiking easy to do, but don’t remember if the trails were marked. Actually, I met some people on the bus who had been there before, so I just followed their lead. I would recommend you try to obtain a trail map before you head over there.

Ushuaia- Is it better to see Tierra del Feugo National Park by the end of the World Train, or by taxi? It would be nice to hear from someone who has seen the park by both methods.

Last time I was there, we had a shuttle drop off in town. There were signs here and there offering boat tours. I didn’t book a tour but took a bus to the park and went for a hike.

Yes; I took a bus there. Just be careful you don’t get lost on your hike as there are different paths. Bring water.

Hello. Has anyone taken the cruise line one day excursion to Torres del Paine? It’s rather expensive and about half the price of my cruise fare (interior cabin). Is it worth seeing ? Is one day enough, or should I DIY post cruise from Santiago? Also, if you have been to Banff or Lake Louise in Canada, can you provide any comparisons? Thank you.

Been to many ports in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. USD were always accepted by everyone I encountered.

Sailed on Princess back in 2019 and the ship provided a shuttle to Miraflores. I can’t recall for sure, but I think it was free. Taxis were not recommended for pick up or drop off at this port.
