Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Gee why does it bother you so much? You do not have to do it, you do not have to look for them...It is a "fun" thing for kids (and some adults) and harms no one!
  2. It is UNSAFE and a DANGER to all other cruisers if someone someone smokes on their balcony. If you see it REPORT it and watch to see if any cruise staff react to it, if not report it AGAIN. I have had to report this activity sometimes 3x before someone went and took care of it. I do feel awful turning someone in for this BUT I would feel worse if it ended up in a fire and loss of lives! Don't get me wrong, my hubby is a smoker BUT he always smokes only in designated smoking areas and if he did not I would report him......
  3. Ok here is what we do....when we first meet our Room Steward we have a "list" of our desires..... Extra set of towels because I have long hair, Ice "all the time", Extra feather pillow for each bed, extra hangers, bathrobes if not already in the closet......we give him/her an a $20 tip right off and then since we know you only get service once a day now we ask for "morning" because we usually shower before getting dressed for the evening. We try to keep our cabin as neat as possible, less work for our room steward. We are ALWAYS friendly and speak to our room steward whenever we see him/her and have NEVER had any problems! Be NICE and FRIENDLY and you reap what you sow!
  4. We seldom do less than a 7 night cruise so this is not great news.....Can't see why they just didn't stop all testing for vaccinated and boosted passengers. People are all getting tested now before cruising and people are still getting Covid on the ships so why not just stop testing for all fully vaccinated and fully boosted passengers!
