I think yes too late. They will have to accumulate their own points.

Arrival time not boarding time.

Maybe I didn’t complain enough? The doors were cleaned but never the glass rail.

Well nobody cleaned mine ☹️

My balcony is a big part of the cruise for me. I asked the room steward about the filthy windows but he was only able to clean the inside. 2 requirements for future cruises, the other type of balcony & a good promenade area.
Do the other ships in this class have the same type of balcony?

Locally the publuc school system is operated by Brevard County.
The 2022-2023 calendar can be found here for reference:
For Easter they observed Good Friday only.
Their spring break is typically several weeks earlier in March. That is the week most families would vacation. With only one day of Easter as an official holiday the majority of parents won't take their kids out of school around Easter or if they do its to make an extra long weekend only rather than a full week of vacation.
I think the April vacation is more a northern states thing. That being said, Florida is a VERY popular destination for April vacation.

Some schools will have the week before Easter off, some the week after. Some will only have a few days off but parents will pull kids out for a whole week anyway. Here in CT, this April vacation happens 99% of the time around Easter. I don’t think this is unusual up here.

Easter in Ireland is the same time as Easter in the US. I would expect a very crowded vacation.

Those should be preloaded, kinda like OBC, I would think.

You can go to guest services and remove your CC from his seapass card.

The Vision is a small ship so I don't see this as being an issue. Oasis class is another story.
Small is a very relative term when talking about a 3 year old’s ability to disappear in the blink of an eye.

Maybe a dumb question but will RC let you get a double serving of mashed potatoes instead of mashed potatoes and asparagus (for example) in the MDR. Or if you don’t like blue cheese dressing, can you get another type?
You can have as many servings of anything you want. Have a plate full of mashed, have two! Dressing are another matter. If the salads are already dressed, not much you can do. If not, I would think the “if it’s on that nights menu” rule would apply. But I never tried to get a different dressing so have no first hand experience.

I’ve never heard of such a thing. I do remember on one cruise there was a little boy who was about 3. Every time the cabin door opened he was off and running. As soon as he was caught the little stuffed animal backpack and leash came out. It was the only way they could keep him in check.
My son thinks those are horrible but as a grandparent, anything that keeps my grandkids safe is fine with me.

Okay, so you don't pay ahead online when you make the reservation? Because it does list a pp price in the app (~$36 right now I believe). Is it just a reservation pre-cruise, and payment is made onboard once you dine?
Sorry for the confusion..
No, you pay at the time of booking. I got it on sale for $28.99 plus gratuity. That allowed ordering either the prie fixe menu (one from column A, 2 from column B kind of thing) or $35 worth of ala carte items. I don’t know what they had but it was a lot & all covered by the $28.99 purchase.

Yes, let me choose day and time and diners were able to order either ala carte (2 did this) or the prie fixe (1 did this) once there. I booked them for the first night and I gotta say, it was pretty empty in there when the rest of us stopped by to see how they were doing. Reservation was for 6:45. They left stuffed!

Thanks Jonathan. That is what I thought. Carol
But many pull their kids early to start vacation especially if they are going to a vacation destination. I would expect lots of kids and be pleasantly surprised if there are not.

My issues were the tuna can balconies. I much prefer the open balcony found on larger ships. And lack of a real sports bar. We sailed during the World Series and you had to claim a seat (chair hogging!) by 4 or you were SOL and only one bar had TVs. I did love the solarium set up, way better than Harmony’s.

Yes, you are right. OP I was being harsh & judgy. Please accept my apologies. Looking at the videos above, if you get the room with the bed by the door, it might be easier to “curtain” off the pack n play and he/she would be further away from any nocturnal comings & goings.

Maybe for a few hours, not my idea of a vacation!
An interior windowless room isn’t MY idea of vacation. Frankly if OP knew there would be an issue with the baby sleeping, why book a small interior cabin?

And that is much of New England, mid June end of the year, Labor Day start. Feb vacation has turned into just a couple of days (mostly to air the germs out of the schools) and April is a full week before or after Easter.
