I believe if you call them and get one refreshment package and one DBP, it will be allowed. They will not allow one DBP and the regular Soda Package. Doctors note saying no alcohol and no carbonation will allow you to get DBP for one person and the 2nd person can opt out of all packages.

Just Make sure you don't check the obituary page, you never know what you might find. It could ruin your cruise. 

What differences will I notice? Will there be restaurants and or venues closed or limited? Will there be fewer people on board? Any info on this subject will be helpful? Thank you.

I can not find any info on wine packages. Does Royal offer options on bottles of wine? Any info would be helpful. Anthem on Nov. 14 if that matters.

I will see what I can do before sail-away. After that not much chance of taking photos around the ship.

One bottle per person? What if you put one in the carry on and one in your luggage. Did anyone try this and did it work? Two is always better then one.

Wifi calling is not an app. You put your AT&T phone on airplane mode and set your phone to wifi calling and as long as you have a wifi connection your good to go. It works everywhere in the world. The only way it won't work is if Carnival goes out of there way to block it.

Does Carnival sell packages for wine? If you buy ten bottles you get a discount or something like that.

I used it on a Royal cruise, was just like being home. I was wondering if Carnival has a way to block it.

Has anyone used wifi calling with Carnival Wifi? What level of wifi did it work or not work with?

Do any of the car rental agency's have a free shuttle to port? If not how much is a cab? Is a cab the best price? What is the closest car rental drop off near the cruise port?

Diffidently just one bus, 45 to 50 people. Most of the people had blankets and pillows, which was provided by Royal. My guess is for their comfort for the bus ride back to Maryland. It was a very sad site.

I am skeptical about Wonderland and I have 8 o'clock reservations. What should I do? Help

There is absolutely no reason to tip in a specialty restaurant. You already tipped twice once in the total tip for the cruise and again in the 70 dollars for the specialty restaurant. If you still would like to tip more, just leave your wallet on the table and let the waiter take what he wants. That being said I may give 10 bucks for two if the waiter really makes an impression on me.

Let me explain something to you people who never road a motorcycle or scooter before. A two wheel motorcycle is dangerous no mater where you are. Some of us don't care about the danger and do it anyway. I rented motorcycles in St martin many times and never had a problem, that does not mean it is safe. This is what I choose to do, I live may life. Don't listen to all these people that don't know what they are talking about, and shoot **** out of their mouths. It is a choose that you have to make. Life is dangerous.

What is the story with formal nights on Anthem? Do I need to bring formal wear?

Haven't seen a price drop in a few years on Royal but we just got a whopper on Celebrity for a 2018 sailing.

The price will definitely drop, I never been on a Royal cruise that did not drop. They always drop and go up sometimes daily. Its like the stock market. I am going on a cruise in July that dropped 400.00. You must track it daily. In some cases it drops for 2 or 3 hours and then goes back up. Sometimes it drops very little.

Do you keep your phone in airplane mode?

You can text family and friends using VOOM if you have internet based texting or WiFi Calling on your phone. You can use Safari too.

 

Facetime depends on having sufficient bandwidth, and that would depend on the ship you are considering.
