  1. Slices are free from the Coffee Shop, which is opposide of Frank and Lola's. I think you are limited to two slices per person at a time. It was that way last May.
  2. Fins, no assigned times. The Hostess told our group that Fins gets very busy around 7pm. Specialty Dining: Far Side Sushi is incorporated into the Far Side of the World Bar and is walk-up. Island Eats and Tiki Grill are walk-up quick serve options located on either side of the Tiki Bar. Islander dining room serves the same menu as Fins, with a few additional menu items. There is a pic of the Day 1 menu insert in the thread I posted above. No reservations required for Islander. Pearls Dining is a small dining room adjacent to Fins. It was not in use during our cruise. I believe it is reserved for larger groups and private bookings. JWB Steakhouse Sorry, I have no idea how that one works. Room Service was not offered during our cruise. Side notes: During our cruise, food service hours were rather erratic. At certain times during the day Frank and Lola's was the only food option. The last night of the cruise, the Tiki Bar and both quick-serves there were closed very early. The Mexican Cutie has very good food when it is open.
  3. Don't know the answer to that one. No gin drinkers in our party.
  4. This is from MAS Paradise. Cheeseburge in Paradise and Frank & Lola's are included onboard MAS Islander.
  5. Enjoy the trip. Any changes due to Beryl?
  6. Dear Pr8hd, It's almost time to Get on Islander Time aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Islander! To help ensure smooth sailing throughout the check-in process at Port Tampa Bay, Margaritaville at Sea guests departing from Terminal 6 are assigned a specific arrival window. Your party's assigned arrival time is: ARRIVAL WINDOW 10:00 am - 10:30 am Guests with Signature Packages that include priority boarding or who have purchased an Express Pass will receive the earliest boarding windows, with all other guests assigned by stateroom location. Your arrival window is printed on your Boarding Pass, which you can view and download from Cruise Control, our online guest portal designed to put you in control of your cruise vacation. Your Boarding Pass will be used to confirm your arrival time once you arrive at Port Tampa Bay. Please print a copy of this boarding pass and bring it with you to the Port. Guests without a printed or digital version of their Boarding Pass will be required to check in via the Standby Line and may experience delays. Log Into Cruise Control In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out with any immediate questions. We look forward to cruising together soon. Fins Up! The Crew of the Margaritaville at Sea Islander Our luggage tags showed up immediately after making final payment. Don't see the option to prepay gratuities on the MAS site.
  7. Sailing Islander in few weeks. I'll try to get pics/scans of all the daily planners, food and beverage menus.
  8. I love the wristband. You can buy more than one drink at a time, share, and the gratuity is included. If you run out of drinks, head back to Euphoria and buy another one. Cabin topic: Where can I find that info? Wondering what is left on July 16 cruise. I wanna be the upgrade fairy for someone.
  9. The wristbands are (sadly) only a Paradise thing. Islander drink plan is pretty much the same as Carnival.
  10. Too many people in a hot tub. Oh, the horror!
  11. Margaritaville and 'formal night' are incompatible terms. 🙃 The other theme night appears to be Parrothead 101. . Whether it's bedazzling your boots or embracing carefree elegance, this is your night to dress to impress. Islander's formal night will have you kicking up your heels at the Conky Tonkin' at Sea show after indulging in special menus inspired by champagne and bourbon. From family-friendly line dancing to elegant photo ops, there's no shortage of sparkly fun for all.
  12. Fuel Surcharge ($15 daily) and Gratuities ($18 daily) are charged after boarding. . You'll have to call MAS Customer Service for answers about B2B procedures.
  13. According to cruisetimetables.com: Progreso 0800-1600 Cozumel 0900-1700. Key West 1200 -1800. Cruisemapper has the dates posted, but not the hours. For our July 16th sailing, it appears that Islander is the only ship calling in Progresoo and there will be only two ships in Cozumel. 😃
  14. What 'deceptive' extra charges? Gratuities and fuel surcharges are no different than any other cruise line and are addressed on the MAS webpage. . People expect the Westin accommodations and Sardi's dining for Best Western and Outback prices.
  15. That is correct. That lot is for the Peanut Island Ferry and passengers. Not MAS passengers trying to save a few bucks. Also, there is no security. . Look into a stay and park plan at a local hotel. Or park at a local grocery store/shopping center and hope for the best.
  16. There isn't one. Any booking modifications, add-ons, etc. past your initial booking are handled through customer service. Which, I suspect is a third-party provider. Be patient when calling. .
  17. What was the rental price for SCUBA gear? . Would I be correct to assume $40 is for a one-tank/single dive?
  18. Yep. I suspect the PTB at MAS outsource much of their advertising and customer service and NO ONE is bothering to pay attention to the published results. Your notation about (non-existent) $149 Islander fares and the Blender Cup image in the beverage package being examples. .. Hopefully they GYST soon!
  19. You may want to try a mock booking online before throwing MAS under the bus. Base fares are cheap. Taxes and port fees, charged PP are the same no matter what. . For some mysterious reason the fare is usually the same no matter which promotion is running. The exception to this was using GovX for the 'Heroes' promo which actually was significantly more expensive.
  20. Drink menus from May 2023 are pinned at the top of the thread.
  21. It appears that since Carnival registers and software are already onboard and programmed, MAS is simply recycling that program. Limited choices, no coffee drinks, 15 max per day, time restrictions, etc.
  22. Nor are BC refills. Note the center image in the OP. 🍸 🤣
