  1. After about 3 (4?) years of NO World Cruises due to covid, the world cruises from Australia are back! 😁 and this time on a different ship! the Coral Princess! 🚢

The last time I did this thread in 2018 it was the Sea Princess!

On Tuesday 6th June 2023 Coral Princess sets off from Brisbane and for her epic 108 day round the world cruise!.

    Bon Voyage!

Wishing you all a really fantastic time as your departure date approaches ever nearer.

I am starting this thread early this year to cover those getting on the Coral Princess in Auckland on 31st May 2023 and on in Sydney on the 4th June 2023.

What a great time you are all in for!!

  2. In my option if P&O was going to get the Grand Princess, I would thought that they would have got her instead of the Star Princess.

If P&O are going to get another Princess ship I think it going to be the Sapphire Princess or Diamond Princess.

I also I think the next ship P&O might get will be a Carnival or Costa ship. I cant see them getting another Holland America ships, as P&O off loaded those two Ex Holland America ships as soon as they could!, which covid help with.

YRealistically, with the inexorable growth in the size of their ships, you would expect that Princess will look to jettison Coral Princess or Island Princess in the next few years and these would make a more logical replacement for Pacific Explorer.

I cannot see Princess jettison Coral Princess or Island Princess any time soon as the Coral is going back to its roots in 2025 with doing Panama canal cruises.
