The casino bar on the Ruby had all screens on the game. I could not use YouTubeTV onboard.

If you are in a suite you may order off the main dining room menu, so yes, very much so!

Same! So glad a local sent me there! Then, Woadie’s sent me to Klondike Brewing- MUCH friendlier than Alaskan Brewing

Officers I will say kudos to the officers and staff! This was the friendliest cruise- even in debarkation! Staff were so helpful and I never saw anything but smiles!

I ate lunch at Woadie’s. It is a seafood place with crab, oysters, and fish and chips. I had a Klondike Brewing Raspberry Ale called Yhe Devil’s Punchbowl. It was so good, so now I’m at Klondike Brewing having a flight!

Also- today they quit serving in the buffet and we are able to get our own coffee, water, juice, etc. In Skagway now. Trying to decide what to eat for lunch.

Juneau- Day 3 Menu No food pictures- I was too hungry and I didn’t eat dessert or see a menu. Nothing really appealed to me. I had the New York Strip and French Onion Soup. It was great!

Just got my breakfast delivery. Somehow I don’t think these are croissants!

I heard a variety of illnesses- covid, flu, and noro.

Update on dinner. It was great! Small portions but that is ok with me. garlic ‘prawns’ Pork Tenderloin Medallions Love Boat Dream- changed again! Chocolate Soufflé While there was a line for reservations I was seated within 5 minutes of my time of 7:40 PM. I finished in an hour and 5 minutes. Service on the Ruby has been fabulous. Miles ahead of my last experience on the Discovery. It’s crazy because we had delayed boarding for deep cleaning. You would think the crew oils be stressed but they aren’t showing it at all!

Welcome aboard my eating live thread for the Ruby Princess Alaska Cruise beginning May 14! I’ve been searching for dining menus this year and haven’t seen them so I thought I would share. I’ll report in on other things but plan on lots of relaxing! Here are the Day One Menus

I have learned I can never go wrong with your recs! Any tips on transportation to Salmon’n’Bannock? Will be in YVR for a day after debarkation. It will be a Tuesday if that matters.

As a smoker I believe that they should have kept the Churchill’s and made the casino nonsmoking. Then, no one would complain because they have no need to enter Churchill’s. On my last cruise, we had a few wander in. I really think one came in just to complain about the smoke- no lie!
