How much I consume is different than what I pay for. I bring my own wine, smuggle my own booze so I only buy a mixer or use juice from room service, and will probably have one to two cocktails an evening. My next cruise is 14 days, I'll probably end up having 30 cocktails/martinis.

Gorgeous! Won't get as much support as full nylons, but I think they look nice.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing what happens in the next week.

I feel great, and I know it's not water because I've been losing consistently for months, but really helps with a plateau. Here is the link:

5 months to two years! Always nice to have something to look forward to.

I have found that a detox bath does help (isn't magic, but helps). Two cups of Epsom salt and a cup of baking soda in a hot bath, and just soak. Makes skin super soft.

On day 5 and down a pound and a half!
-
It's mainly low carb, gluten free, dairy free, only lean proteins. Definitely not something to stick to forever, but I still have a few lbs to go. Day 4 and I'm down a lb (not water because I was already losing weight). My girlfriend has already lost 4 lbs in the same time.

Love Boat Dream is a heart shaped dark chocolate, very dense, mouse. Google pictures and your mouth will start to water. "Pp" is just short for "previous post".

The Love Boat Dream dessert, any of the soufflés, beef Wellington is usually good, like the pp the Alfredo, French toast, hmmmm....so many to choose from.

I'm on day two.... Broth is fantastic, smoothie is meh, but as long as it works I will be happy. Anyone else trying this? I know Dr Oz is sort of a quack, but I have 9 1/2 weeks to fit into a bathing suit, so I'll do what I can, and it never hurts to give it a shot.

It's way too hot go exercise, I have been a bump on a log lately. Gotta motivate somehow...

I like having the accountability of ww, and its very black and white. I don't have time to go to meetings (work and three small kids), but I dig the online tools.
Candy, where are you going and when?

SOUFFLES soaked in sauce.

Mind if I join in too? I am a "27" year old mom of three (I never insert my real age). With my last, who is now six months old, I gained about 60-70 pounds. I've lost close to 50 of that, but still want to lose another 30 before my big trip next March.
I'm currently on WW; I love it and it is so easy. I don't even crave carbs anymore (I'm a sweets girl). I've lost almost 30 pounds with the program since February.
I can tell I'm older though because I am a total gym rat. About six days a week, countless hours....but it's still not doing much. I CAN do a real sit up though...
Anyhoo, that's my background story....30 pounds to go!

I have until March of 2014 to fit back into my bikinis and clothes. I had a baby a few months back and it is harder and harder to lose this stuff! Now I have a bit more motivation with an upcoming cruise, but nursing doesn't allow me to cut calories back too far. I'm doing the WW program, which is great, but it is still a process. Anyone in a similar "ship"? (Oh, how I crack myself up)

One word....DETOX!

I'm a busy mom, there's so many rituals we do. I always make signs for each of the family member's cabins (i.e. "Zoey and Reagan's Grandma and Grandpa"); I always buy ID bracelets for the kids so if they get lost either on the ship or in port, they can easily be found. The first thing I do on the ship is get a Mai Tai. I think all of the photos I have of the life vest drills I have been on, I have a Mai Tai in hand.

Flirt with the bartenders. ;)
That's what I love to hear!!!!!

There are two things: I LOVE when they fold the toilet paper in a little triangle and eating every meal with a cloth napkin. Makes me feel so fancy. LOL

Drink lots of coffee in the morning!:D

With working out everyday and pushing my dad's wheel chair, I'm planning on gaining 10 lbs. From eating healthy and clean at home to eat rich foods and many desserts (not to mention cocktails) on the ship, 10 lbs seems reasonable.
