  1. This was before the festival. I know because they were just bringing in and setting up the stage, etc in front of the Bayfront Market area. Had nothing to do with our transfers this year or last year.
  2. Sixthman offers only drink packages, the don't offer the transfers.....but NCL DOES AND BOOKS THEM just like they do their excursions. If they are going to get paid for the transfers that's a contractual obligation they are making. Sixthman as the booking agent for the cruise AND A SUBSIDIARY company of NCL should be advocating on behalf of THEIR cruisers. But neither want to do anything.
  3. Second year in a row that a couple of hundred people purchased NCLs airport transfer tickets to the Miami Airport. Second year in a row that we started disembarking the ship around 8 am and there were no buses. One came, loaded and then unloaded as it was for the artists (musicians) that were on the Blues Cruise. We did not get a bus until 11 am and many who bought transfers had to leave and hail a cab or Uber to make their flights. They left a couple hundred people standing at the port waiting for hours. One bus left and then returned FULL, not delivering the passengers, about 40 minutes later to pick up a woman in a wheelchair as it was the only bus at that point and it had a wheelchair lift. NCL took no responsibility for the problem while we stood there in port and their subsidiary booking agent, Sixthman INITIALLY said there was nothing they could do in spite of NCL being their parent company THIS SERVICE IS NOT RELIABLE.T
  4. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE NCL AIRPORT TRANSFERS. Just happened again March 2023. TWO CRUISES, TWO YEARS IN A ROW and hundreds were left standing at the port for 3 hourswaiting for buses to arrive to take the couple of hundred people that paid for airport transfers. They don't have enough buses contracted and many had to leave and get Uber or cabs to make their flights.
  5. Sadly its the second year in a row where an NCL - Sixthman cruise ended with an epic failure. Both years hundreds of people bought airport transfers and both years the buses did not arrive for the hundreds of people who waited outside for nearly 3 hours after disembarking the ship. Many had to take cabs, Ubers etc to avoid missing flights. Sixthman takes no responsibility for the failure, blaming NCL. But it's important to know that this company is OWNED by NCL since 2012. When a company refuses to advocate on behalf of their bookings, there's something wrong and they should be avoided. It should also be noted that two people posted comments about the transportation failure and Sixthman opted to take them down from their FB pages, claiming that it has nothing to do with them in spite of their NCL connection. Clearly, you're only going to get to see the positive things they want you to see and that too should cause you to worry when they don't want you to see the problems their cruisers encountered.
  6. You'll be fine. We just sailed last week and returned when the spring break was starting. The ATV, motorcycle hooligans make their run thru the streets near the Bayside Market area but that's about it. Just stay away from the South Beach area where the spring break folks are.
