    We found Tilbury to be a very interesting port. We took the ferry across to Gravesend & did a walk about there is a statue of Pocahontas who is buried in the local cemetery, there is also the Tilbury Fort. All within easy walking distance of the ship.

    Hope to make it today, last couple of times I missed, got busy with things that needed doing.

    The world we live in, every body has to share with the whole world everything they do. I like to sit and people watch, they have their nose stuck in their phone, thumbs busy texting and not have a clue what is happening around them. They don't even talk with the people that are with them. It is a ad but hard lesson to learn, thanks for sharing.

    We will be boarding the Rotterdam in Aug & will be staying for two nights on the old Rotterdam. We did the cruise to the Nordkapp last summer. Looking forward to reading about yours.
