  1. We are on a Celebrity Rail-tour prior to our cruise

    Fairbanks. Sophie's Station

    Denali. Denali Park Village

    Talkeetna. Talkeetna Alaska Lodge

    Anchorage. Mariott

I understand meals will be mostly on our own. Any good recommendations hopefully not too far from each hotel.

    Much appreciated.

  2. 7 am is too early to vacate the room. We vacated our room at almost 9 am on Sunday Jan 22 on the Silhouette.

Well hubby and I are early risers anyway., and we were on the 3 night Silhouette.also. We saw our attendant as we were heading up to breakfast, and he had no problem having us leave our luggage in the room. We went upstairs, had a leisurely breakfast, came back to the room, got our luggage and walked off the ship with fond memories.

  3. I will be sailing on Celebrity Silhouette on April 23, 2017. It will be my fifth Celebrity Cruise. Celebrity is very Gay Friendly and we always meet allot of great fellow cruisers.

Hubby and I were on Silhouette last weekend for 3 night Bahamas and it seemed like all of Wilton Manors were on the cruise with us... We always find Celebrity very gay friendly, and we are heading up to ALASKA on the Millennium in May.

  4. I think my upgrade fairy died... I get calls from Celebrity whenever we book a cruise, and when they ask if there is anything that can do my usual response is "well an upgrade to a suite would be nice" we both have a good laugh and life goes on.[emoji924][emoji924][emoji924]

  5. We are on the Millennium southbound on June 2 but we start the tour portion from Fairbanks on May 27. I know we will be at Sophie's Station since I asked Captains Club. We had to make a separate reservation for 2 night because we arrive from Ft Lauderdale at 2AM on the 26th, and we both will be looking for a bed[emoji572][emoji572][emoji572]

  6. I spoke with Captains Club... It was interesting that the agent said she had heard of the discount but had never applied any. She got her supervisor who was knowledgeable, and was instantly credited $50 for the 7 day leg, and $100 for the 15 day. Always pays to ask[emoji924][emoji924][emoji924]

  7. I have a B2B booked for March 2018 and received a $50 credit on each 7 night cruise (not per person) as the discount. I think the discount goes up the longer the cruise.
