My PVP is very helpful when picking out a cabin. She has suggested several options to us - knows where the crew doors are etc...

You might just run you options by your PVP and see what they say! Good luck.

We like both lines - have found fun people on both!! My husband tends to like RC better and I love them both!

I enjoy using my PVP - because she knows more than I do - we were booking a balcony - she noticed that we were next to a room for 3 - she checked to be sure there wasn't a baby in the next cabin.

Then as she was thinking about it - she moved us down a bit - due to

the original cabin being a room for 3 - she didn't want us to be moved closer to the cruise - if they needed a room for 3.

She is "quite picky where she books her guests". I appreciate that!

We got the offer. It seemed good to us - but its only up to 11/14.

I believe a "taste" of platinum was the idea - for those of us who are no

where near any status.

If this makes you mad - then you need to get out more. IMHO

We enjoy leaving from Puerto Rico - love to do Food Tours there w/Flavors of San Juan.

We are going on the Jewel soon!!! We have been on IOS also and loved it. You and your husband - with a good attitude will enjoy your cruise!! Take a look at the RCI "ship" plans - it will really give you a good idea of the differences between them.

Thanks for telling us about your trip! Sounds like fun - I did chuckle a bit when you said you were in PR the night prior to cruise and you had Domino's.

Jamaica - we did a tour including Lunch - at Good Hope Plantation. Nice tour and also a very tasty Jamaican lunch. This was a tour through the cruise line.

Adventure might have more for the kids. We are going on Jewel in just over 1 month!!!!

I haven't been on the Oasis or Allure yet and in 2015 I will sail on one of them. Not really caring where it goes - as long as its sunny & sandy!

Glad you had a great time - we usually book balcony - but on our cruise in Feb the balcony was PRICEY. So we are doing our 2nd Ocean View. First was Tropicale.

But we will still be at sea & that's the best part!

I have wanted to go out of Baltimore for a while. But my husband has liked the itineraries out of FL or PR better. I hope to get to Baltimore one of these days - would be a great excuse also to tour the city!

Sounds like a fun trip - can't wait to try it in 2015!
