After first not being able to view my reservation and then later the site saying I had no reservation at all I have sent an email to Michael Bayley voicing my unhappiness with the web site. I got a standard " we received your message" but don't hold out much hope for any real response. As someone else "said all this mess just makes me sad." The IT problem has been going on for too long. I have loved my 3 Celebrity cruises more than the all the 8 other cruises we have taken but this fiasco is just ruining X for me. I'm so disappointed.

I keep getting e-mails from Celebrity reminding me to book shore excursions for our June 2015 Baltic cruise. How can I do that when I can't even access my reservation? Doesn't anyone there realize they are losing money because of this. I will look elsewhere for my excursion needs.

Last October we were on Deck 6, starboard side about midship. It was an obstructed view with lifeboats just below our veranda. We spent a lot of time on that veranda, especially on sea days in the Med and the following TA. We really had no complaints. There were still great views to the horizon and we're were able to see lots of flying fish during the TA. Good cabin, great ship.

I'm still getting "The system is currently unable to handle your request for retrieving your reservation." I think this has been there for at least 2 weeks now. I'm not going to waste my time calling or emailing. I'll just get a song and dance or be totally ignored. I'll let my TA take care of it.

Last October we were on Reflection with a stop in Naples. Pompeii has always been on my bucket list so there was not doubt about us going there. On TripAdvisor I found See Amalfi Coast Tours (seeamalficoast dot com) and found the perfect excursion for us and 6 new CC friends. We had the best day of our 12 day cruise. We were met at the pier right on time and headed to Pompeii. We spent several hours there with a wonderful guide then headed for the Amalfi Coast. Our beautiful drive had a stop at Trattoria La Tagliata, above Positano, for one of the most amazing meals we had ever had. With full stomachs we headed to Sorrento for about an hour to look around and a stop for some vino and wifi. We were back in Naples with plenty of time before sail away. No worries at all.

For me it has always worked on my iPad until just recently.

I can get to the page that gives my reservation # but when I click on "Manage Reservation" I can't get "View Reservation" which gives cabin # and dining preferences. The message I get is "The system is currently unable to handle your request for retrieving your reservation." This has been going on for days now:(

Does anyone there know when your website will be operational for those of us already booked and wanting to access our reservations. I haven't been able to do that for days. Thanks

Each side is large enough for 3 CraftMaid (?) folding cubes. Worked great last year for our 27 days on Reflection. Kept everything well organized. You can find them at Target.

I second every positive comment expressed here. A fabulous experience. The most important point made is read The Path Between the Seas before you leave. Enjoy :)

I've already checked there and can't find that cabin listed. Maybe Wine-O knows the answer? I know he is one of the experts on this subject!

A question for the experts on cabin configurations: On Silhouette is cabin 1201 a bed by the bath or bed by the balcony. Thanks for the help:)

I gather from this thread that X no long send tags thru the mail. It's been a year since our cruise on the Reflection and they were mailed to us.

Years ago we were on a cruise in Tahiti. George Bush had just been elected president. My DH looked somewhat like him at the time and after a couple of days the whole crew (small ship) was calling him Mr President. It was so funny.

I like the reading list here. Read Nicholas and Alexandra years ago. Am now 3/4 of the way through Catherine the Great. Next will be Ivan the Terrible, Peter the Great and finally another Robert Massie book revisiting the Romanovs (can't remember the name right now). Seems like a lot of reading but our cruise isn't until June 2015!

Cindy...great review so far. Just whets my appetite for our Baltic cruise on the Silhouette next June. Can't wait for next installment!
