Can you call MSC? They might be able to help

I read a review here recently where the individuals did indeed use them. Take them with, nothing to lose.

I read a review here where the drone was confiscated once onboard but they were able to disembark in the different ports with the drone.

Scary & sad.

I took a screenshot of my Carnival Account. That was sufficient.

I was able to solve my Chrome browser issues with the MSC website by clearing my cache and cookies. Since that point however a new, even stranger, issue has popped up.

 

When I login with my email and password my booking is gone, that scared the crap out of me. Found my booking number and logged in using that in addition to my first and last name without any problems. The booking is there with the correct amount still owed. I then logged back out and attempted to log back in with just my email address and password, booking is gone again. Repeated logging in with my booking number, first and last name, no problems. What a screwed up, messy website.

 

I hope they operate their sailings with more competence than they do their website.

Does anyone know if there is a status match for Carnival? I'm gold and would like to know if that gets me anything on MSC?

I'm gold on Carnival & was matched to Silver.

I realized we were in a steel hull balcony after reading your posts & after the sailing was listed as sold out for Fantastic balconies. Glad some opened up.

Maybe this is a shot in the dark but any experience with Vineta taxi service?

Seems they are better priced than even the Kielius bus (we're arriving in Hamburg & traveling to Kiel)

Our friend booked our trip with a TA & we were assigned balconies 10015 & 10013 on Fantasia. From your info, I see these are steel hull balconies.

As of last week, the Fantastica balconies were sold out but I see some today opened up.

10223 & 10225 and also 10218 - 10224.

Would you recommend these over the balconies assigned?
