Hi, we'll be arriving in Stockholm (Frihamnen) on 20/06 Tuesday. I've tried booking tours through Viator, Alla & SPB and all have turned me down. Alla wanted an additional 6 people (we're a group of 4 & my roll call is DEAD), SPB isn't running a tour due to low turn out & Viator stated their tour isn't running that day.

We'd like to experience a little bit of Stockholm. Visit Gamla Stan, a viewpoint of Stockholm for pictures would be nice. A stop at Vasa isn't top priority but would be welcome along with a palace stop. We'd like some time in Gamla Stan to explore & maybe shop/eat.

Any recommendations?

From what I've gathered here, they are a bit cheaper when booking in advance.

I leave next week on Fantastica via Kiel. On my ticket, I am assigned to check in at 2:30. Taking the train from Hamburg to Kiel, then spending time in the town (lunch). I hope by not going early, the crowds would be settled and it will be a piece of cake. I will let you know when I get back.

Good luck! Are you taking the Kielius bus? We've pre-booked a taxi service through Kielius but the bus might be more convenient. I didn't know you were assigned a boarding time, just another week+ until I can see our E-tickets.

My cruise next month will be my first, and the only thing that would hold me back from more, is pricing. I can take a couple of cruises/vacations here for what I'm paying for everything.

I'm on Fantasia next month on a Baltic Cruise, price increased to $105.

Still not a bad price altogether, I've spent tons of $$$ on pictures.

We're touring with Alla in Jun & have yet to receive an email. I'll have to shoot them an email, I told everyone in my group we could pay cash.

The fantástica vouchers are delivered to your stateroom.

Vestamark, there is a soft drink package. You should be able to find it under the "Enhance Your Cruise" section.

Yes, as of 04/01/17 the Fantastica package includes 12 vouchers per person.

Depends on the port .... but we usually get off if only to walk around for a bit.

Looking into the 100 cruise photo package and I noticed it is $98.00 per person. So if there are 4 of us on this cruise would we have to pay $98 x4 to get pictures will everyone in them?

From my understanding, only one person per cabin needs to purchase. If you are traveling with someone in the same cabin, it's included in the $98 price.

I just have to say that I would love FOREVER anyone who bought Stroopwafels as souvenirs. Freaking delicious.

Can you use WiFi Calling?

I didn't realize there was a discount until months after booking, and was still able to receive it. Your TA should be able to arrange that for you.

My only experience was this:

We're cruising from Germany, land in Hamburg Friday & embark in Kiel Saturday. Transportation & hotel were overpriced. I booked everything on my own for half the price.

On the cruise I'm taking in June, its $20 for 10 pieces.

I would love a definitive answer as I'm cruising this summer and have thought of buying the 10 item laundry package to avoid wrinkled clothes on formal nights.
