@Jim_Iain we love SeaDream and Seabourne but their itineraries don't work for us since DH retirement as he teaches fullime at our alma mater. This May cruise is a test run for us. It leaves from NY which is a three-hour drive for us. We probably won't leave the YC enclave. For us the ship is the destination. Right there with you on recent X experiences.

Wonderful review @DaKahuna! So appreciative of the food pics and YC experiences. Wondering if you have been able to order something like a toasted bagel with cream cheese and lox via room service or in the YC dining room.

We have sailed on X in Royal and Celebrity suites but we can' justify the prices. We've sailed in suites on RCCL, Disney, Princess, SB and SeaDream as well. Love SB and SeaDream but scheduling doesn't work for us since @DJ's DH is teaching full-time after retiring from industry🙃 Your electronics pack looks similar to @DJ's DH so he will be interested in connectivity. Looking forward to your report!

Thanks so much @jcpc🥂 I see some decent wines on their included list. I am guessing that if you want something off the Connoisseurs' Selection by the glass you pay the difference? Also I am guessing will hold the bottle in the restaurant if you don't finish it that evening.

We aren't wine snobs but we do like a good glass of wine like a Sancere or Super Tuscan ... I suspect we aren't going to find them on board but it's all good. Wondering what time the buffet/grill and bar are open on the YC Sun Deck. I would love to have a drink and snack/appetizer al fresco before heading down the YC Restaurant for dinner. We love to be outdoors as much as possible when we cruise.

I prepaid our hotel service charges (gratuities) yesterday while booking. The charge was $112 per person for 7 nights on the Meraviglia in YC.

Celebrity Select to MSC Gold. Took less than 8 hours.

We're booked for our birthdays and anniversary cruise in May on Meraviglia in YC🥂 So yet another silly question ... it is going to be a long 202 days🙃 Wondering if we can get corned beef hash for breakfast in either the YC Dining Room or at the buffet. I know we won't starve 🍽️ "Too much time on my hands" 🎶🎹🎶

Thanks for the update @dexddd👍 @raino144 - cruise prices, especially in suites, have risen dramatically across the industry, My understanding is there is a huge demand for all sorts of cruising and lots of covid cruise credits driving up cruise fares.
