Our family really enjoyed your scoping. Scoping is all new to us. It certainly got us very excited to cruise! Only 2 1/2 weeks left! Thank you for all of the time and work you put into your scoping and your report. Could you please tell me what internet package you bought from Royal Caribbean? I am assuming it was the one with the streaming. Thanks again!

Still alive and kicking here in Margaritaville - Hollywood Florida. I might get some time today to work on the review. It's going to be rather long due to my story style so I will probably ( ok definitely) post each day separately as I finish cleaning them up to make in easier to read.

 

Have to say I'm kind of disappointed in Margaritaville! I ordered a margarita while sitting at the pool and when the waitress delivered it I handed her my sea pass card. She happily accepted it but then came back and said it didn't scan. $15 dollars buh buh buh but I have the ultimate package.... Oh the pain of having to pay for every drink again.

 

Ok that didn't happen - I knew better than to try to pay with my sea pass card- but I wanted to!

 

The pain of having to pay again was real!!

 

On the docket today:

Jet skis where no one is trying to sell us something in the middle of the ocean.

Without further ado - Here is the video from the Dragon's Breath Flight line. I have been very busy having fun (and taking notes) Thanks for your patience while I get my review completed. Also - have a ton of pictures but want to weed out the hundreds of lousy shots and get it to a more manageable number.

 

Enjoy this brief video - The GoPros were strapped to my daughters. (Grandma shot the video on the ground that you will see at the end. If you are looking for me - I'm the maniac flying past everyone at the end. I was the center position so I was release about 5 seconds after the outside lanes on both sides. I am sure there is a funny story there but I want to get back to the Schooner for a few more rounds... so this is it for tonight! Enjoy!

Oh, so you are scoping? That's good. At least the ship will be covered. I may try scoping too on the ship, and even before to try it out. You guys can get a view of Indiana. I know, you don't have to say it. Exciting times.

Scheduled for Star Class on Oasis of the Seas on July 30. A few weeks ago, spoke to RCI and they said that 6 weeks before cruise, I would receive a Questionaire to fill out to help Genie learn about us and family for cruise. Received emailed Questionaire today to fill out, answer and return. Right on 6 weeks from departure. Maybe they have got this new program a little more organized.

The punch card was advertised on the stateroom messaging system for the first time on day 5. Interestingly enough, the message has disappeared today on day 6 (I didn't delete it).

 

So I don't know if it was a one day offering or what. The only place I've heard or seen it was in my inbox.

 

It is 10 drinks for $80.

Periscope is still relatively new, not everyone is on it. And even so, not all periscopers are on CC, so may not be here to add themselves to the list.

thanks..I understand about scope, but usually we have a live report...just have to wait for allure tomorrow to live vicariously until my cruise:)

why are there no scoper's on oasis, it just left....6000 passengers not one scope or live review?

Apples and oranges. Different perks for suite passengers vs Diamond passengers not in a suite. Suite passengers who are not also Diamond do not get the three drinks on their cards to use in a bar. Diamond passengers not in a suite do not have access to the SL.

guess I wasn't clear on our status..we are diamond and in a suite..so I hope our 18yo can get a frozen virgin drink with his 3 drink perk..the end

If it's not allowed, it's not allowed for everyone, not just a select few who think they are special. Others in your situation are traveling with minors as well.

it has not be "confirmed" that those 18-21 yo get nothing on their sea pass card. also, while alcohol is not allowed, maybe soda's are..as sodas are always complementary in SL...maybe they will honor it outside during 5-8:30 as well....in addition, the concierge has discretion to help suite passengers...as well suite genie...and while we are all equal..some are treated differently, as in life.. I don't think I'm special...but RCI does think guests in suites are special

As mentioned above, I'm not sure 18 year olds get any vouchers at all.

doesn't seem fair...maybe the concierge in the SL can handle it..or I'll ask my friends Genie
