  1. @GRBlizz I would be concerned with the Airport transfer as they often bring your luggage to the airport separate from the transfer and then you have to hunt to retrieve it. What I would personally do is drop off the luggage at airport and then move your van to the port and then Uber back over to the airport with just yourselves vs all the luggage as well
  2. @Kate8888 I would suggest calling / emailing with Celebrity directly. Many of the folks here on CC who post on a regular basis are not folks who would have first hand knowledge of this. I can tell your we took our 20 month old on the summit back in 2015 and I I recall they provided us a pack and play. I think it was just the pack and play and not the full setup / accessories. I believe they just had a thin sheet they wrapped the bottom with - or we might have brought our own pack and play sheet - that part I don't remember
  3. I don't mind tendering - and looking forward to experience the Edge tendering later this year - as last time on Edge was all docked or it was local tender. Adding to the "stories" - there is one that comes to mind for me (I think I have the right port/cruise) is July 2016 - Glasgow (Ayr) - this was a British Isles trip which included a stop at St Andrews. As I recall the tender location was in a small wharf I recall it was about a 30 minute tender ride to/from the ship (each way). Well it was a cold, rainy, windy day and a number of the tours got dropped off at the same time, so you had a few hundred people all waiting for the tenders - and keep in mind when using as a tender the have less capacity than as a lifeboat. I recall they were running 4 tenders - but even with that - given the length of the trip back and forth to the ship - it still took a while - I think we ended up sailing 3 hours late that night as there were still people who had to get back to the ship.
  4. In case you haven't seen it already - https://www.celebritycruises.com/things-to-do-onboard/camp-at-sea The biggest issue would be if your son is potty trained or not.
  5. The issue is more so does it have the correct excursions to match to what you can actually book for. I ended up finding a similar itinerary to mine and printed that to at least be able to read without having to click through each one on the website. I messages Shore RX and their response was yes we know - we are more concerned about booking excursions amid covid / travel restricts and will get the website fixed at some point
  6. Not that this really helps, but I would ask them to confirm how many points are in the account - don't go by what the website says. I'm showing as Elite and my wife is showing as select as via the website it doesn't have any of her power up points yet when I emailed with them, they said that we both have the same number of points
  7. @khuselid While it's been a few years since I've been on Oceania - and when we did Alaska we were on Regent. The biggest thing IMO that I think will be different is the level of service. All of my Oceania cruises were on their smaller / original ships so that is one big difference. We have only been doing Celebrity for the last 8 years or so - and while they are attentive - I would tell you that you need to be in a suite on Celebrity to get close to the level of service even the ocean view cabins get on Oceania. The 2 lines are really in different classes IMO
