    No longer. Quit cold turkey 31 years ago (January 1991) after smoking for 26 years. One of the best things I did. Health and financially.

    If gum or patch was the only option for a nicotine fix in a isolation stateroom. Their choice. If not then the quarantined smoker would be quitting cold turkey.

    If the smoker is going to be quarantined due to covid (current subject) then no special trip to medical. Gum or patch could be issued when being moved to an isolation stateroom.

    We've discussed this before while walking by cabins that have doorbells knowing it has to happen. I'd be making that request.

    When we didn't have the C&A internet minutes/hours I asked GS about that on one of our B2B cruises and they gave me one hour of internet minutes to take the PCS while on the second leg. Did the PCS on TAD.
