We will be sailing out of Tampa later this month (Terminal 2, I think) and are thinking about using the Valet service. Do you know if they park the cars in the garage or if they use an outdoor lot?

I saved $600 on an upgrade for a cruise later this month and $230 on a cruise for 2023.

Great advice! Prices dropped today on my Nov 27 Dawn cruise. I upgraded directly with NCL from an Oceanview (OA) to Family Suite (SP) without balcony for $1100 total. Well worth it for a 14-day cruise.

We've stayed in a J4 junior suite on Independence, close to the elevators, and never noticed any noise from the elevators.

There is no fancy dress code in the Haven restaurant. We won a Haven bid in January and wore shorts in the restaurant both day and night...no problem. You will love the Haven!

As others have stated, 100% is based on double occupancy.

I had the same problem when booking online. I had to call to make the second set of reservations.

YES! We loved Jozay and Patti when we were on the Dawn.

We sailed on the Dawn in 2017 and 2018, and we will be sailing on her again next month. She doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the newer and larger ships. So, if water slides and race cars are at the top of your list, then she's not the ship for you. If you are more interested in the itinerary then the smaller ships like the Dawn are perfect. They can get into more ports than the large ships and they typically sail longer itineraries. The one thing we don't like about the Dawn is the lack of a forward-facing observation lounge.

Make sure only one name is checked. The clamshell accommodates two people.

It's open, but there is some covered seating along the sides. I think the Solarium bar is also covered.
