  1. Lucky you guys!!! Works great then. I'm just happy being in the YC... I don't think I could ever not do YC , I've had a taste of something special!

I totally agree. We were on the Divina in the YC when she first came to Miami. We will be going for the third time this November....All in the YC and we wouldn't travel any other way. We're officially addicted!

Secondly, the price has been reduced from $150.00 per day, to $110.00. A Yacht Club day pass entitles those who have purchased, full use of all Yacht Club areas, Top Sail Lounge, the One Bar, including all beverages, as well as 2 meals at the LeMuse dining room. Also included is full use of the steam rooms as well.

  3. The YC is a very good deal. The type of service that is given can only be found on luxury cruise line for MUCH more money. DH and I will be taking our 3rd cruise on the Divina in the YC. Since we discovered this, we have not been on any other line and this will be our 20th cruise. This video may help. You never find the YC areas crowded.

  4. According to their website the Divina offers:

Direct private entrance to MSC Aurea Spa with massage and treatment rooms dedicated to MSC Yacht Club guests; complimentary one-time use of the thermal suite (sauna & steam room)

  5. We're in the Sofia Loren Suite in June. Even though it is supposed to be "the most special" cabin on the ship, I'm afraid we're going to regret not booking a YC2. I'm going to miss the extra closet (we are traveling with our 15 yr old son). We had the middle YC2 so we're used to the tub/shower/tsunami situation. I hope it doesn't feel cramped. I'll definitely enjoy not having to take the elevator to the Topsail.

This is the Preziosa but the layout is exactly the same. (Only on the other side).

  6. This will be my final post on any thread that belongs to Cruise Critic. I am SICK TO DEATH of listening to those who feel that it is their duty to bash MSC. We all know that they are different and that is precisely what we were looking for. My DH and I have been on over 25 cruises throughout the world and we cruised with MSC for the first time last year in the Caribbean. He has early Alzheimer's and he was treated like royalty by the staff and I will NEVER forget that. This will probably be our final cruise and I refuse to allow all those who criticize me or my posts as I have tried to be fair. I hope you are all happy with yourselves.

  7. Thanks for your review we are booked for a b2b in the yacht club in just over 5 weeks and really looking forward to it and after your review even more excited.

Hey tigger: We're on that sailing in the YC. Hope to see you there!!:)

  8. That's what I wanted to hear - that it is not some strangely unusable balcony. Although I've seen the pictures, I wondered why anyone hasn't mentioned much about it. Is it only accessible from the living room area? I see that there is a large window in the bedroom - is that a door or only a window?

It is strangely shaped, but I found that I was able to move the lounge chair to keep up with the sun! It is accessible from only the living room and yes, it is only a large window in the bedroom. I still liked the balcony.
