  2. Thanks, Glad to hear they are waterproof. Still wondering where can you purchase them? Also, know you need to put key card in to a slot by the door in your cabin for lights etc. to work. Question is....can you use any other type of card to accomplish this?

    We have been having trouble getting our status also. Wife & I both are D+ on rcl, after 2 weeks of trying our TA got MSC to grant BLACK status to my wife But not me. She says she will keep trying.

  4. I have tried all 3 methods so far to get my Status Match. My e-mail to their e-mail - their website form - telephone call. I am Diamond on RCCL so really should not be a problem - also sailed MSC twice & currently booked on MSC. I'll keep trying.... Anybody have a name of a person I can ask for when I call?????

  5. I re-sent my e-mail - let's see what happens this time. Going away for a few days but if when I return I have no response I am going to call, again, and see what they say. Called before but they would not help....said to send them. I think it depends who takes your call if they will help or not. Not going to give up - sailing on MSC in October so have some time to work on this. Any other suggestions???

  6. Used the e-mail address statusMatch@msccruises.com after not hearing anything from my status match form I sent from the MSC website & YES today received a response today telling me...and I quote

     

    "We reviewed your application to enter the Status Match Program, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed. We are able to manage applications for Chinese travelers only." WHAT! WHAT!

  7. Reread my post & it was a bit confusing....what I am looking for is the MSC e-mail not your e-mail. Want to e-mail MSC my status match from my e-mail. Does that make more sense......

  8. My status match is Black. I emailed MSC with my celebrity Elite status. I received an email next day stating I was at Black level. It is now on my booking page if I look up Voyager club it’s been added. Only too a week or so.

    Can you tell me what e-mail you usedfor MSC to send your status match?

  9. Filled out & sent all the Match Status information....how will I know it has been done??? Do they send a notice or do you have to call them??? Anyone know how long it usually takes for them to upgrade your status???

  10. New to MSC.... had the drink package added to my cruise NO PROBLEM.. Want to upgrade the package for $18 per day per person. Not cruising until 10/27/2018 - final payment not due until 7/30/2018. Would rather upgrade directly with MSC & not my TA - should I wait until after final payment? Is there a way to do this on line or better to call?
