Hi blue_water, Are taxis readily available at Virgin Gorda and The Baths to take cruisers to/from the Baths? The ferry company wants to charge $20pp roundtrip for the taxi to/from the Baths so I was hoping to take a local taxi because I have 8 people in my group.

What would make you choose one ship over the other? The itinerary or the ship?

Where would the EB TA for Odyssey in spring 2025 start? Cape Liberty? Going to Rome?

Thanks John! I may do the option of bus and then the steep 15-20min walk, then walk back down back to the ship. I'll be in port for 9 hours so I think that's plenty of time unless you think it is not wise.

What's the most cost effective way to see St. Michael's cave? Looks like the cable car (one way) + nature reserve is £34.5 per person. Is a taxi tour cheaper than this if I have a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids)?

As a result of a fleet redeployment, Norwegian Spirit’s sailings from February 8, 2025, through and including November 23, 2025, have been cancelled,” the company explained.

I was following some itineraries for NCL Spirit going to Tahiti and Honolulu in 2025 but they've all disappeared. I assumed this is because NCL subcontracted this ship to Asia for part of 2024 and don't know their plans for 2025 yet. In any case, is the Tahiti/Honolulu itinerary popular? I'm hoping to see it for 2025...right now the 2023 dates are cheap but I can't go.

Oh wow thank you for this information. Yes I am Canadian...shoot! That ruins my plans unless it's still worth the drive without doing a border crossing...

Does anyone have any tips or advice for the drive? My parents tried in 2009 but the border wasn't allowing rental cars to go through at the time...hopefully someone has recently been able to do the drive with a rental and cross to Yukon.

Is it mandatory to go through the visitor centre to do the hikes around the park? Is the visitor centre a must-see or can I skip it?

Is it worth it to take a taxi from the cruise port to get a car rental? how much would a taxi cost to the airport? The reason I ask is because the car rental from the airport is less than 1/2 the price of renting it from near the port itself. Once I have a car rental, any recommendations for sights to see besides Mendenhall Glacier? I will be with a 8 and 10 year old. Thanks in advance
