  1. Essiesmom and leaveitallbehind  My upcoming trip on the Carnival Jubilee is from Galveston, Texas, I plan to explore Costa Maya with an independent excursion company popular among cruise passengers. Also, I'll visit Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel, which is also popular and independent of the ship.

Thanks all for the information about the time differences between the ship and local time. I'll adjust my schedule to ensure I return to the ship on time after using independent companies.

  2. Hello everyone, I want to understand the difference between ship time and port time.

If a ship is scheduled to depart at 17:00 (5:00 PM), and I've set my watch to the local time of the port, can I be confident that I'm aligned with the ship's departure time?

Specifically, I'm curious if there's any difference between the port time and the local time in Mexico (I am going to Costa Maya and Cozumel on Carnival Jubilee).

  3. I'm preparing for my cruise on the Carnival Jubilee next month. I would appreciate some advice about the power outlets on board from anyone who has sailed on its sister ships, the Carnival Mardi Gras or the Carnival Celebration. Were there enough outlets to comfortably charge multiple devices simultaneously, such as your and your cabinmate's phones and tablets?

  4. Hi Everyone,

I am looking to upgrade my cruise experience with an unusual spa treatment. After trying the regular spa services, I want to look into more unique options. I've thought about trying treatments like a seaweed massage, poultice massage, bamboo massage, or other out-of-the-ordinary spa experiences.

I have a question for spa fans: Which spa treatment or service did you find worthwhile during your cruises? I'm searching for unique experiences that stood out during your time at sea.

Your recommendations will be appreciated as I plan my next cruise (Carnival Jubilee January 2024).
