Never sailed Atlas before and today in the mail got a brochure offering second passenger free and other benefits. I know nothing at all about Atlas, but is this legit? I know there must be a catch but I can't find it. Your thoughts? Looks like something I might be interested in. These type voyages have always been outside of my budget and would certainly give it hard look if more affordable. Thanks for your help.

The T/C have changed. Gift cards amounts are unlimited. No longer limited to 1000.00 per cabin. We use them all the time. but be very careful. ALWAYS call gift card dept at 888-837-5676. I even get conflicting information depending on who I speak to. I have been told that port fees and taxes are non-refundable in case of cancelation. I found this out the hard way. They also do something strange when invoice is totaled. I still do not understand why the fare is discounted I believe by 100.00 per certificate. When totaled the amount does not match the actual cruise fare. This presented me with some challenges when I recently had to cancel. In addition your agent will loose commission on the sale, My agent was not happy. I would advise to always have Travel Insurance to ensure you get all of what you paid the voyage. Check with GC dept before ever purchasing and go over any changes that may have been make to the T/C. I wrote a letter to them and strongly suggested that the T/C be posted on the Web just as Princess does. Do not count on your agent knowing the T/C. I think my agent is now up to speed and how to use after I have booked my last four voyages with her. I have also heard recently that Celebrity is working on way to refund GC back to your certificate and also use them for onboard purchases. This would solve a lot of issues. We save a bundle using them and will continue to do so. Just be careful.

Can the gift certificates like you can find on AARP be used to book cabins on Cunard? if so can someone tell me where to find the terms and conditions. I have looked and not been able to find the answer to my question. thanks!

We would like to really sail on the Beyond to experience the Sunset Bar. However, all the issues that seem to keep popping up are causing us to reconsider. Are there really serious issues such as creaking and cracking, and others. I have been looking forward to this trip but DW is feeling like maybe we should pass and go on to the Apex.

About how long does it take for Celebrity to refund port fees and taxes when a Cruise is cancelled? It has been about close to 14 days now and no refunds as of yet.

Does anyone have the link with the entire Celebrity Gift Certificate program terms and conditions. I had an issue today that I had to clear up myself. My T/A was told the Certificates could not used for taxes/fees. I knew that was wrong because I had used them before. i had to call Celebrity to get it taken care of. My agent I don't think wanted to do the work. That's another story. I need a copy of the policy to pass on the my agents in the future.

Need a recommendation for Hotel for one night stay in BOS. Hotels seem to be very expensive. Sailing on Celebrity Oct 12. Does not have to be anything fancy. Best location would also be appreciated. Thanks!!

What is the best way to get from the Reflection terminal over to the other side where Princess normally docks. I think the Princess terminal is # 2.

Looking for review of Park by the Port off site parking at Port of Everglades. In the past always use Park n Go but they have raised their parking fee. What are your opinions?

Does Princess charge the corkage fee when wine is brought onboard or when it is opened in dining room or lounge. I know if consumed tin cabin no fee is charged.

I understand there are happy hours on board and each time is different by ship. In general what are the prices at happy hour and are wines included? Is there a bottle limit for bringing your own wine onboard?

This happened to my neighbor. He bid on an upgrade received it and paid for it. When he arrived for embarkation, no cabin available. Celebrity had to scramble to find a cabin for him and refund his money. This resulted in a boarding delay. He was not happy. He was even assigned a cabin when he bid on the upgrade.

Ok, So what's up with this. On December Connie Voyage attempted to purchase a standard Balcony Cabin. None available. Which I thought was really strange. So I waited until about four days ago to see if some became available. Still no Balconies available. So I booked an Outside Cabin. This morning I get an upgrade offer and guess what, standard Balcony cabin available. Checked my Travel Agents site, and still no Balconies available. Is Celebrity holding back Cabine Cat to try to get more for the cabins than if the Cabin had been available at time of booking. This is the March 6 sailing.

This sailing is currently showing no Balconies in any Cat available. It is in final payment so my question is what is the possibility of Balconies becoming available? Would a group cancel in final payment and if the final payment is missed how long will Celebrity keep a cabin booked until they release it for sale. Seems unusual for all balconies to be sold this far out from the sailing date.

We were on Connie last week. Very loyal Celebrity fans, but had some issues. DW and myself came home with very bad colds/cough. Most of the health protocols have disappeared. You can now touch the dinner wear and serve yourself. I saw maybe 10 people including crew wearing mask. Our balcony could be used for the first seven days due to salt being all over everything. Rails, deck. furniture etc. We finally got around to asking for it to be cleaned , and it was taken care of. There were several cold spots onboard, The Reflections lounge was so cold I could only stay about 20 or 30 mins at a time. Other places onboard we had similar experience. Food both buffet and MDR lackluster. Not visually appealing nor tasty. Crew seemed to be sorta sad. The usual happy faces were hard to find. Stateroom attendant got off to a slow start. It took him about three days to get our cabin cleaned up by 11 am and 10 pm evening times.No laundry list in cabin and could not reach cabin attendant by phone. I went to guest relations and said they would see that a got some and would follow up with phone call. No follow up and no laundry list. I finally caught an attendant in the hall ( not ours) and got one. We sailed Connie last year twice and had a wonderful time. Quite different this voyage. Aso entertainment was poor. Especially in the lounges.

How to you get from Crown Bay to Havensight. Why are so many ships now docking at Crown Bay? We always docked at HS in the past.

I cannot find anywhere on my reservation where I can prepay. I used the link and I looked under reservation details and see no place to prepay. Can anyone help me out. I would like to use OBC for this. Is that possible.

Celebrity web site no longer is showing Murano for the purpose of making a reservation on the Constellation. However Daniel Bouland is available. So is Murano still on the Constellation. Perhaps Daniel Bouland is using the Murano space, or is Daniel Bouland only available certain nights
