I see you can get their cards delivered through email as an egift. Does anyone know if you can get the discount using it this way since there are no Krogers around here.

I'd like to know this, too! When I do a search for Krogers near me, all I get is Littman Jewelers, which I found out is now owned by Krogers.

Just wanted to say thank you for a very informative, funny, and descriptive review! Also wanted to mention Bermuda...if your kids like caving, take them to Tom Moore's Jungle. It's a preserve with trails, swimming holes, and lots and lots of caves, big and small, to explore! We loved it. There are the touristy caves like Crystal caves, but you go with a group and I prefer exploring on my own. The trails were beautiful, we saw lots of wildlife ( lizards, turtles, crabs, etc) and loved snorkeling in the blue holes. We took the bus there and there were hardly anyone else there, we had the place to ourselves. Have fun!!

Definitely try to make the reservation once you are on board, it is well worth it!!! Also, I didn't think you need to get the VIP seating all the seats are good. Have a great time!

Any news yet on the app coming to other ships?

I have stayed at the Best Western on St. Charles, and loved it. There is free parking (a rarity in NOLA) and the streetcar is right outside the door.

Yeah I checked every day, like 3 times or more a day. They seem to be available in the morning. I got them at 9:00, and they sold out around 10.

I've been checking every day, and today was my final payment, so just watch - they will come back tomorrow, after I am paid in full. Well, I can always use them for OBC or gratuities.

My first job out of college was working with communicable diseases, So I know that germs die after being over 104 deegres for 10 minutes. So I never worry. I love hot tubs. I am so old I could not do those things in a HT anymore.

Unfortunately, cruise hot tubs are never as hot as 104. They are always lukewarm at best.

My daughter got a LifeProof case for her phone and it comes with a tester so you can be sure it works. She takes it in the shower and it works fine for that, not sure about snorkeling with it, much less diving, though.
