I sat up until midnight so I could do my check in and get my edocs. Well I'm 100% checked in, however my e doc's are not ready. Anybody else have this issue?

Thanks for the information, much appreciated.

Anyone familiar with off site parking in Tampa? If so I would like to know, where are the off site parking lots located? When looking on the internet all I could find was that one was on Channel Dr. and the other someplace else. (Not much information is given before booking)
How close are these lots to the NCL terminal? What was your experience?
Thanks any and all information is greatly appreciated.

Topsiders is a bar and grill {outdoor buffet} at the aft end of the pool area on deck 12 -There is no Spinnaker lounge on the DAWN - was renamed the Bliss Ultra Lounge deck 7 aft
There is no inside sheltered viewing lounge areas on the DAWN per se -
The pool deck is as indoor sheltered as it will be -
The Promenade deck 7 is somewhat sheltered from the elements -
And finally the Jogging Running track on deck 13
Other viewing areas are the forward and aft decks 13 and 14
The Great Outdoors nothing in the aft end - closest resemblance is Topsiders mid-ship.
Merry Christmas - my how time flies. I think it's been a few years now since our Sun Cruise.
Regarding the Dawn, I was looking at Deck plans and looks like the Great Outdoors has been removed and replaced with a kiddie pool area 😞 😔 That was one thing I really liked about the pre Epic ships.

@debnjoe1438 - correct format should be specialeventsdawn@ncl.com - typically, it will generate an automatic reply back to your outbound email address immediately. Then, you should get a more personalized reply with the name of the NCL contact person, her/his name & email, and corporate telephone # with the extension - within a day or two of your initial request (excluding weekends) - that they are forwarding the request from Miami HQ to the ship for approval. Once that happen, your contact person will follow-up with a detailed "Confirmation/Amenity Notice" to you for the CC Group, and it is free or complimentary, at no charge.
Thank you, I will double check my email address and try again. I did this prepandemic with no issues. Now I just can't seem to get it.

What is the correct email for setting up a meet and great? I have tried both groupeventdawn and specialeventsdawn and I have not received any reply. Thanks

click [get it] next to the zip code
Thanks I'll try that - tomorrow. It's getting late now.🙂

I believe that you put in your zip code first and it fills the city and state
Thanks, however the zip code was there. 🙁

Just wondering if anyone has had the problem I have encountered. I was trying to fill out the the Status Match form and I did not have the option to add State or City. There was nothing in the drop box and I could not type in anything. I tried two different computers and tried Chrome and Edge. Is it just me? Hoping it's just a clitch which will resolve in a day or two.

It’s only some select sailings that are live bid, sometimes the banner doesn’t come up when in certain browsers, try a different link or better yet review your offers from the email link. happy sailing!
Thank you

I haven't been keeping track of these blog, so I may have missed an answer to the question I'm going to ask.
Are the bid offers not being put on "my ncl" any longer? My husband received an email with a bid offer and we made bids and received an email clarifing the bids. Well in the past, on "my ncl" there was a bid page which we would go back and look at often. However, not this time.
How do you get into live bidding?

Just off Indy a couple days ago. We used the covered parking garage at the port...very easy and had no issues....felt it was safe. You pay as you enter...parking wasn't cheap....$72.76 for 3 nights. As far as getting to port....528 (Beachline Exp) will take you right there.
Wow, web site says $17.00 + tax per day. That's a lot of taxes.

Check the 27 / Damajagua Waterfalls excursions, if you don’t have mobility issues. It’s one of the best excursions we have done in 30+ years of cruising. We used Marysol Tours and loved it. Iguana Mama gets good reviews as well and was alongside our group. Check YouTube videos so you know what to expect.
Thank you

Yes. And you should be able to find info in the Ports of Call section on the board. Also, you'll need to walk all the way out of the Amber Cove complex to meet-up.
Thank you
-
Once out of the Amber Cove area are there local taxies and tour operators available?

When you are high bidder on live bidding.
Once you live bid it tells you you are outbid or your in the lead.
This is live bidding, not move the lever left or right from poor to excellent.
Ebay style
Thanks, didn't know there was live bidding

Hello everyone, DH and I stayed in an AFT balcony suite this past January. Yes there were vibrations and noise until we got close to Roatan. I had previously read where someone had stated the vibrations and noise was due to high speed. I'm thinking that may be true. I believe we left on a Saturday evening, we had vibrations and noise Saturday evening, and all day Sunday. When we had gotten up on Monday morning it had stopped. Of course Monday Morning when we got up, we were really close to Roatan. After Roatan there was no more of the vibrations and noise.
A couple of things I did. In the bedroom doorway to the bath room was a vent which rattled alot. I threw my make up bag on it. That helped. In the living room a towel was put under the plant. (it rattled against the glass table). I put something infront of the closest door to keep it somewhat still. It would crack open and a light would come one.
At any rate, the noise and vibrations lasted appx 36 to 40 hours. When it stopped we thoroughly enjoyed the Aft facing balcony suite.

Recently I organized our Roll Call's M & M onboard the Pearl for the September 30, sailing.
I contacted NCL by email 6 weeks before the sailing date and asked to have a meeting on our first Sea Day (was supposed to be ONLY Sea Day but Hurricane Fiona changed that for us). We had approximately 50 Roll Callers RSVP and almost 60 showed up.
Thank you

It's been awhile, however I was able to get and print as soon as I was done. If you click on down load docs and they're not available you may want to call NCL. Could be just a computer and/or website clitch. Try refressing the screen. Or log off NCL and back on.

Yes, I recently had one confirmed for our December cruise. Reports have varied about officer attendance, so they might feel a little different than in the past.
Thank you, when the time gets closer I'll contact NCL. It's been a few years, could you by chance give me the email. The first part I don't remember. ???shipname@ncl.com

NCL doesn't initiate the Meet & Greets but will help with organization if someone on the cruise makes a request. They will provide the space and refreshments. Whether Sr. staff attend seems to be up to the staff, it's been different every cruise. Nearly all the Sr. staff came to one, but no staff came to another.
Thanks, this information I know. NCL stopped doing it due to the Pandemic and I was wondering if they started it back up again.

Has NCL brought back the Cruise Critic Meet and Greets? Seeing how they have relaxed all the COVID protols (vaccination, testing, mask) I'm hoping the Meet and Greets are back.
Thanks

Thank you, this is a first for me. The last NCL cruise I had was this time last year and the doc's were available as soon as I finished. (and in previous years)
I did have a message I would get notification when they were ready. No time stated. I will check agin probably tomorrow, Sunday and Monday. 🙂
