I just checked on of the online TAs and they have no Eclipse sailings in March... appears the schedule begin in late April... to Hawaii .... then it shifts to Alaska around mid May.    My guess is that they are delaying sailing to wait out Omicron. I would push for an answer.

Our Eclipse sailing is Pacific Coast and even though it noe longer shows we were assured it is still sailing.  I made my final payment on the 1st of the B2B's on the 9th and will pay the second one this week

  2. We were on Millennium this year in August for an Alaskan cruise.  I begged the Retreat Hostess to wake us, no matter what time if we could see the Northern lights.  Needless to say, the were visible on night at abut 1:00am.  the Captain made an announcement, but only in the hallways and the Hostess did not wake us 😞  I was not a happy camper !!!

That’s not quite true.  Tuscan grille featured wines from Sting’s winery.  I enjoyed Roxanne very much but when I tried to order it in the main dining room they said it was only available in Tuscan.

(yes that is Sting the singer)

we have never had an issue getting wine from Tuscan in Luminae.  The sommelier was more than happy to get it for us on our August cruise.  He said he would happily bring us any wine we wanted

  4. If you ask 10 different cruisers you will get 10 different answers to this question.  If you want an additional tip to go directly to one specific person, give them cash in an envelope.  we always leave the standard tips in place and tip the butler, room steward, waitstaff, sommelier, restroom attendant and anyone else that gave us excellent service.  THey work very hard for their money and we feel they have earned it

    Hi

We are thinking about booking a West Coast mini cruise from LA in 2023.

Can anybody give me an idea of the atmosphere to expect onboard?  Will it quite laid back or are we talking more of a party atmosphere, similar to the Caribbean cruises?

The cruise will take in San Diego and Cabo over its six days, we are just hoping to relax and recharge in the warm weather.

If it's more a party cruise I might look for more options.

    Ben

    Ben,

Celebrity cruises have never really ben party cruises.  It is a perfect cruise line to recharge and relax.

It is nothing like a Carnival cruise.

They send your results by email and then you print it out?  Or did you show them the results on your phone?  We have to get the test, get the results, and leave for the airport by about one o'clock on Friday.

I printed them out, but i am sure they can take a photo of the email on your phone

Try go to Manage Reservation, then select Before You Board tab, then select "Mail Me Luggage Tags" at the bottom.  The workaround seemed to work for me.

Thank you,   I think this worked
