We were on Grandeur in September. My sister had Refreshment Pkg. She wanted 1 alcohol drink. She was told $14. You pay full price. It was one transaction.

We were in a JS on Odyssey in Dec 2022. I went to check out 2 towels and they said oh, you're in a suite. No need to check out towels. Fast forward to last day and find I'm charged for 2 towels. Called Royal when I got home to have charge removed. Always wondered how I got charged when my seapass card wasn't scanned once!

Yes! We were on a 5 night and they still had disco night.

My sister and I were also worried about going on Grandeur. We cruise every year with our husbands and wanted a girls getaway. We went last month for 5 nights. We've never been on a ship that old or small. On top of it, we had our first inside cabin. Always had balconies. We were nervous. Did we make a mistake? No!! Everything about it was good. We always found something to do. We are in our 50s. Stayed up til midnight every night (we don't do this with our spouses!) I have 2 complaints. The shower is tiny! And that darn shower curtain. Also I always felt so warm in the Windjammer. All those windows have heat pouring in during the day. We just didn't stay long. I hope you enjoy your cruise.

Yes, it's different. He bought his years ago at one of the bars. He didn't buy it in the Gifts and Gear section of cruise planner. His cooler bag is different. It doesn't zip. Just has 2 handles.

My brother in law brings his Royal cooler bag on every Royal cruise. They "refill" it for him. It's something like buy 4 get 1 free or something like that. He's been doing this for years. They last did it for him on Oasis in April 2022 and Odyssey in Dec of 2022. There was one bar that said they don't do it anymore so he went to a different bar and they did. *this was for beer

We booked an Ultra Spacious balcony on Harmony. For us and grandkids. Sleep 5. Has bunk beds. Google "cabin 7330 on Harmony" and you can see lots of videos. You have to book these well in advance because there's only a few. We booked 14 months in advance for our cruise this Dec. Back then paid about $3200 for 4 of us.

Yes, We were on Odyssey in Dec. There was a USB port on side of phone.

When you go to the Bank of America website to cash in your points for OBC, they will ask for your cruise info. Date, ship, reservation #, etc... it will eventually show up in your account. I can't recall how long it takes but someone else may know!

Your Visa points will be in your cruise planner before you cruise. You can use them to pre-book ship sponsored excursions.

If you do a search for Premier Pass on the Celebrity boards, you will see the same thing happened in 2021. Emails were sent by Celebrity saying it was an error and they got a refund.

The last time I walked through (April) they had security guys walking around. As a vendor approached me a security guard asked 'is everything OK ma'am'. I said I was fine. I was familiar with the sometimes aggressive vendors. The guard walked along with me for a bit and he was telling me that there have been so many complaints of aggressive vendors that they are trying to make it less stressful for the cruise passengers. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing now but this was back in April 2022.

We always get cabins near elevator. Never once heard noise. The cabin is far enough away from the elevators. Also love starboard side!

I've been cruising for many years and never had my feet and ankles swell until I turned 50. Now by day 3 I can't wear shoes to dinner. I need to wear flip flops! I now bring compression socks to wear at night and keep my legs elevated while in bed. It helps! But by the next night they are swollen again but at least they are fine during the day.

We just got off of the Odyssey. There is one outlet by one side of the bed. Wished they had another on the other side. The phone has a USB port. I plugged my cell phone into that at night. I can't answer the TV question.

We saw the broken glass! I was wondering how that could happen. I took a picture.

I was just able to book the ziplining in Labadee! Haven't tried to rebook my drink package yet. EDIT - Drink pkg said $62.99 earlier this morning now says $67.99. Bummer!

I want to cancel the drink package and rebook at the lower Black Friday price (I know... issues with website currently so will do this later) But I had a $350 OBC that I used to purchase the drink package. If I cancel, they will refund my credit card what they originally charged but happens with that $350 OBC? Part of it was from stockholder benefit and the other was Royal Visa points (if that matters) Thanks for the help!

Looking at their website they will be on a cruise ship. It does not state which one. Unless they always do Oasis?

I was on Oasis in April and used my phone. Just once because I wanted to try it. It worked fine.

Dec 2001 Radiance of the Seas, was my first cruise. I fell in love with cruising! Got married on Brilliance in 2005, praying my husband would fall in love with cruising as I did! Luckily, he did. Have now been on 14 cruises. I often wonder how much of a price drop I could have gotten on that Radiance cruise after the 9/11 tragedy. I almost didn't want to go. But being my 1st cruise, I didn't know I'd probably be eligible for a price drop. Little did I know how "empty" the ship was. In spite, we had a great 1st cruise. Enough to get me hooked.
