Request wheelchair assistance. You will be fast tracked through…

Thank you SO MUCH ceilidh1!  The lines weren’t bad when we arrived at 1 but there is so much retracing steps going from check in to security to customs I would definitely have had issues.  Staff were all wonderful.

Or get it back though the casino the last night.

Just read a post where the casino was closed on the last night without any advance notice so, something to be aware of.

  3. We sail on the Grand tomorrow.  I have to use a cane IF I’ll be standing around for a long time or have to walk a distance and, since it’s a “3 ship hurricane day, that sounds very possible.  Is there seating where I might go and hubby lines up?  We have NEXUS so, hopefully, that helps.

Tried doing a search, but nothing recent popped up... Is there a list of movies currently playing on MUTS for the month of May

They are all listed on the JourneyView timeline on your Medallion app.

Why would you hide things? Are you talking about valuables? I can assure you that the room stewards would never take anything. I have left jewelry, cash and credit cards laying around and it is always carefully left within plain view. If I rush out and leave my makeup in a mess it is neatly arranged when I return. Clothes are folded and sunglasses are neatly stacked on the book by my bed. There is a safe in the room for anything you want to keep secure - we only ever use it to store our passports so we know where they are at all times.

Totally disagree with the statement that the room steward would NEVER take anything. The safe is there for a reason and once, on a Celebrity cruise, I left my tanzanite and diamond dinner ring on the desk.  It was a few days before I noticed it was gone, admitted it was my fault for not putting it in the safe, and asked the room steward to do a thorough search in case it had fallen behind something.  No luck.  Security got involved and the cabin was searched top to bottom.  The ring was found inside a Bernard Passman bag.  However, that bag was only brought onto the ship DAYS AFTER the ring went missing.  We assume he stashed it once he realized an official investigation was going to take place.

I hope someone does a total review of this cruise.   I have friends that got off on Sat and have said that the entertainment was awful and every night they had to send food back from the dining room because it was wrong.   They weren't happy with this cruise.

I have followed this thread and, as with everything in life, you can’t please all the people all the time.

  7. The Grand Princess was YELLOW, according to the CDC Dashboard, which makes sense since it was in dry dock with no passengers.  Effective May 12th, just ONE DAY after embarkation, it was elevated to ORANGE with a notation that the CDC is investigating.  I really find this hard to believe.  Am I missing something?

    We board May 25th.

We dined at the Crown Grill last night. Really a disappointing meal. Lyle enjoyed his scallop appetiser, but his rib eye steak was luke warm. His side dishes of mushrooms and fries were fridge cold. I ordered the lobster tail and baked potato. Both were very overcooked. That poor potato must have been in the oven for a couple days!  That bring said, many have reported that the filet is fabulous.

Why didn’t you send the food back?  Being served cold food, even if we weren’t paying a surcharge, is not acceptable.
