I believe it does stretch the stomach.  I was also told that carbonated beverages will stretch the stomach.  So I took this as gospel and haven't had coke or beer in 9 years.

I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery on March 31, 2015.  I lost 120 pounds and have only gained back 12 pounds.  I don't drink anything with carbonation or alcohol and still eat in moderation.  I do however, know several people who have had the surgery that have gained all the weight back.  I don't feel shame because I had the surgery.  it saved my life.  If you don't make a drastic change in your eating lifestyle the weight will come back. 

We had a group of 12 on our last cruise.  The 2 nights we all ate together, I went down to the MDR at brunch and requested a table.  They gave us a time to come to the MDR and our table was ready.  We did not have to use the hub app.  When less than 10 of us ate together we used the hub app.

I think Carnival might be catching on that I message was working without paying for Wifi.  There was some kind of glitch in their system that allowed it to work.  My DW had the social plan and her I message worked the whole cruise in October.  I did not pay for a plan my I message only worked for the first 2 days.

I set up a daily limit for my grandkids on our July cruise last year.

my cruise last July on the breeze no problem using I message without internet package.  However, on my October cruise on the vista I message only worked the first couple of days and then stopped working.  No guarantee that it will work without paying for internet plan.

my casino offers are better than the Ultra offer.  Ultra offer is free interior no free play.  My regular offer is free balcony with freeplay and drinks everywhere.  Why would I do an Ultra cruise?

My offer is March 19 with free room, no free play.  My DW offer is discounted room rate with $500 free play March 21.  

when you click on Gifts and Staterooms Decor look for the search box and type in water.  The 12 packs will show up.

You can also order bottle water from room service once on board for the same price as pre-cruise.

@TxTeach79 Spring Break is almost here.  Can you survive 5 more days?  Have you thought about going to one of the school districts that only go 4 days a week?  My grandkids have every Friday off.

Cherry on top and the gift shop sell chips.  The Pringles are $8 a can.  There are also chips in the Hero's sports bar along with bags of peanuts.   I usually pack a couple of cans of Pringles in my checked suitcase.  You can also bring some on board in port.

My memory is not the greatest.  I went back and looked and we actually stayed in cabin 4115.  The window is actually between the 2 life boats so your obstructed view is not bad.  You can see out but it is a narrow view.  Better than being directly behind the life boat.

Thanks, I will check them out.  All I was seeing was flights in late afternoon.  I don't want to wait that long to fly back either.

We are on Carnival Magic out of Miami at end of August.  Are you flying out of DFW or Love field?

I am starting to look at flights now.

@Saint Greg Thanks for another great review.  I appreciate that you let us come along with you in almost real time.  What month is your next cruise?

I love the 4K cabins.  We stayed in 4111 on the Miracle for our Hawaii Cruise and didn't hear anything.  Inside cabin the same size as a balcony cabin with a couch.  Yes, your view is obstructed but you still get light from outside.

My drive is a little over 5 hours and I drive the night before for the same reason, Houston traffic can be a nightmare.

I am going early May 2025 on the Spirit.  We booked one of the 4K rooms behind a life boat.  I like these rooms as they are priced as interior but have the couch and a full window.  For those that cruised in early May before will it be cold?

RU codes are not casino offers.  So they would start day 2 out of Galveston. 

At a casino on the win they only pay you the win amount and take your free chip amount.  Carnival lets you keep betting the fun play chip until you lose.  I use mine at black jack as well.
