If, as you do, need a certain time frame for your cruise. Or as in my case a certain grade of cabin, or other reasons, you need that early booking in ensure you get what you need. After which forget the pricing structure, as time goes on.as you have to pay the price for certainty. I would not gamble on the posability of no holiday.

We have been in d2 several times. The only disadvantage we experienced, was being right at the front, was the motion from a heavy sea. Heavy swell, very unpleasant. Also crashing of the waves on the bow, very noisy.
