  1. If you do not need to pay cash for your private tour then just take out $20 or so dollars from an ATM. Make sure it is a bank ATM and not a stand alone as they charge extra fees. 

     

    I am not sure about cabs and credit cards. I think some will take them.

  2. I have been to the Antarctic and the Arctic on G Adventures' Expedition. It uses zodiacs. There were people both times with some mobility challenges and they were able to use the zodiacs. Getting in and out you have two or more people to assist you. You can have 'wet' landings, but they put out a stepping stool if possible and I never stepped into more than about 8 inches of water. Sitting on the sides is very comfortable and there are ropes to hold on to if you feel the need.

  3. You cannot go wrong however you split your time, but I think Quebec City and the rural areas north of there are more different to the rest of the eastern US to make it more interesting. There is plenty to do in two or three days in Quebec plus you can indeed rent a car and see the Ile D'orleans or even better go into the Charlevoix area. Check out Baie St. Paul.
