We have "the" big box company as our TA.  Also have a large obc from Celebrity.  We booked an excursion directly with Celebrity, only to find that it was charged to our credit card! So we quickly cancelled and Celebrity says we will be refunded "in a few days".   BTW, what is a reasonable wait time?  Have read many horror stories here.

Do we need to go thru the TA to book the excursion using a ship obc?

Any help is very much appreciated.

We are a very senior couple who needs advice about the covid testing.  Ordered from Optum( two tests, they billed for five; yet another story!)  Ordered on Sat and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow-Tuesday.  

Trying to have a back up plan, so wondering where to get tested in San Diego (on Tues. oct. 26th).  We are staying at Springhill Suites on Bayfront.  Looked at the CVS website and cannot figure out which location is closest to where we are staying.

ANY advice is appreciated.  Thanks!

Using the link from celebrity, trying to order a three-pack for $99.00.  Saw that tax was $4.50 (fine), but the expedited fee was $20.00 and there was no option for non-expedited.  Is this correct or did I read something wrong?  I thought the website said free shipping?  (it's probably me, just want to double check)

When my husband went to the link to order the test thru the optum store (per email from celebrity), they asked for age and gender and is the test for him or someone else.  Do we have to order individual tests, or can each of us use one test each from the package?

We only have ONE i-phone (weird, I know).  Can we download two Navica apps from one phone?

Thanks so much, HskrCrsr and Cg52.  We were booked as a GTY Aqua class  and changed to a sky suite yesterday.  So it makes sense about the $19 vs. $16 per day gratuity charge.  Now I'll be prepared when Celebrity calls me back.

I get the gratuity  and 11-night parts, but the rest is a mystery.  

Our gratuity charge is $418.00, but the deduction from the code is only $352.00.

When they assign your cabin, do you receive an email  or do you check your booking statement?  Just curious what we should look for in the coming months.

We booked a May 2022 cruise three weeks ago in Aqua class when only guarantees were available.

Our Panama Canal cruise in Oct/Nov 2021 offers  the above excursion in Puerto Quetzal.  The description of a "drive through" to see animals and plants sounds interesting.

I am sensitive to mosquitoes, but love being outdoors!   Our Panama Canal cruise is October 27 to Nov. 11, 2021 and am curious as to what might be expected from these pesky bugs.  My usual defenses are skin-so-soft and eucalyptus lemon oils.

Our ports are Puerto  Quetzal, Guatemala; Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Colon, Panama and Cartagena, Colombia.  The birds and animal viewing  and self guided Antigua shore excursions have caught my interest.  I will ask on those boards as well (about mosquitoes).

Any information is greatly appreciated!
