Celebrated my birthday a day late at BLU..It is excellent on ASCENT. Great team of servers, food is well prepared and served at approprate temps.So happy to be back in BLU. Both dinner and breakfasts are yummy and they will " customize". They .aim to please Note: the outside tables are NOT associated with BLU..

sorry for the lapse... we are enjoying our cruise..but will try to catch up a bit outdoor pool dance class....and the much quieter & less crowded Solarium pool

Ship is crowded in spots. but a great variety if thibgs to do.. from active to chill... more to come..tom Thanks for following!

Afternoon..Roll Call get together in EDEN.. It was nice to.meet people in person after a long time on line.We each got a chance to say a few words. .Recognition of our Roll Call list keeper, name tag sign maker went well but our countdown person was mia!

The Cap Club Welcome Party was in the morning..Cruise Director Luigj is a ball of energy and the Capt is so clever and personable. They gave out awards to outstanding staff.. And recognized top Cruise Couple..double Zenith! It was a lovely party!

Glad folks are jumping in! Today was another great day on Ascent..We are enjoying our Inf Veranda... Other opinions differ! Started out with an excellnt massage at the Spa..it was prepaid, well priced and no attempt to sell me anything. Very relaxing and loosened up the kinks! We shopped a bit..Sal picked out a fabuous watch as my Bday gift!

it was great meeting you both tonight! I am a long time fan!

i had a very happy birthday! Tom I have an early massage, Cap Club gathering and our roll get together. Chic night in BLU Will try to get pis of some of the music makers! Some are really outstanding! Some are just loud sounds!

thanks.. so far cruise is great.. easy parking and walk to terminal...no lines Shipp is beautiful..like EDGE and BEYOND..Our AQ class Inf Veranda cabin is perfect! lunch buffet was ok but heavy on carbs! Way too crowded at Sailaway. Enjoyed Fine Cut very much..great food and service..Prime Rib for me, Rib eye fir husb..but all other course were perfect too. I am struggling with this wifi stuff so may limit posts..sorry.. But I will try a few photos!

sorry for your travel woes.. driving across Florida was no picnic Saturday. . Lots of traffic and slowed down by closed lanes ( brush fire, fender benders..not us and cones set up for weekeday construction ). But we made it...finally. We are Ready to cruise! Will tune in here when we can...

hope someone can answer that.. We never close the bi-folds. We keep them open, and face the 2 chairs and little table inward to create a sitting area. We open the window only to take pics or look at the water or when coming into a port. Someone will def have an answer. I will def cover our experience in BLU and the Thermal suite.. We are also supposed to have workout bands and weights(?) in the room as per 2 e mails we received...that is new. Plus the yoga mat as well...
