I am now in a pickle…. We were downgraded on Azura in April from a guarantee B4 ( I think the term guarantee is misleading) I had thought that quarantine zones were ending. We have just booked another guarantee B4 on Azura for December (only B4 left was aft on C deck).. we may be lucky, however I would rather know now and pick a select on DA grade as decent OBC currently. Challenge is you will not get a straight answer from P&O or the agent.

So I cancelled the inside cabin lost £100 deposit. Rebooked the outside balcony and got £330 on board spend so worked out £100 more for a higher grade cabin. Could of cancelled and rebooked the same inside cabin and would of been £230 better off!!!

Hello I’m fuming….Booked my mom in an inside cabin around 4 moths ago. Phoned the agent today to upgrade to an outside with balcony as the price has dropped slightly and better on board spend which meant the differential between the two cabins was around £200. P&O have advised the only option I have is to cancel and rebook……. This is due to them saying that if I upgrade then the new cabin will be charged at the same price as it would been 4 months ago with low OBC…. This is ridiculous!!! Anyone had a similar experience?. P&O are rapidly losing my loyalty

Not sure have not got that far yet. Just looked at boarding pass and we have a 3.45pm arrival time as well!!!!

Hello, due to sail in three weeks booked a guarantee cabin. Just logged in to check in. And cabin says ‘Your cabin will be allocated when you join us on board’. Anyone had any experience with this?. I’m concerned as on our cruse in April we were downgraded which was not ideal, however we had two weeks to sort it out. If this happens at point of boarding then we will be in a tricky position. Goes without saying that as long as it’s in the same grade or higher I don’t have a problem cheers

Hello, Would anyone know which cabins are currently used as isolation cabins on Britannia please. Just trying to weigh up if we are likely to get ‘downgraded’ in June as we did in April on Azura. Cabin not assigned yet and we go on 26th June. I know it will probably be Aft but unsure on the deck numbers. thx.

Hopefully pre covid operation will resume soon and cabin moves will not be required, however I have started to take screen shots of the select price and save fare price when I book as a point of reference if I get a cabin a change on up coming sailings. It Caught us out in April when we were downgraded and I did not have a point of reference to argue the refund between the two grades.
