  1. For months I have not been able to access my cruise booking online. I can log in, I can do online check in but I can't access my vacation summary so therefore can't book restaurants, I have been in touch with NCL for months with no joy, I have been told several times to change my password I have done this again and again still no joy.

     

    Has anyone else had this and if so how did you solve the issue?

  2. I logged a call 22 days ago, and got a ticket number. logged it again today and got a new ticket number.

     

    The difference in the two numbers indicate almost 26,000 incidents being logged in 22 days.

     

    I'd say they are super busy, but I would still say it is self inflicted pain.

     

    Yes I tried it initially using same email address but like you I was given another ticket number, then week later another ticket number. I'm not a baby, I think the ticket number is meant to be like giving a soother.....it's not!

  3. Thank you into cruisin, I did use that one and for some reason it was picked up and responded to by uk centre who told me I need to deal with USA but they could give me another email address!

     

    I'm going round in circles with NCL I was given ticket number 42 days ago and was told 15 day response time!

  4. Hi does anyone have email address for customer service for NCL based in USA.

     

    I have emailed from UK but it goes to uk office and they can't deal because I booked in USA.

     

    I have issue from cruise I took I git automatic response saying I would get refund in 15 days it's now 5 weeks and still no refund, I want to chase.

     

    Any suggestions? I live in Uk

    I've seen your post on the Norwegian Spirt page, we are all the same cruise as you 27 Dec from Barcelona, we are B2B with the previous cruise departing Barcelona on 20 Dec .

     

    We have a weeks cruise booked on Thomson Spirit departing Malaga on 09th Oct as well. Like you we are hooked on Cruises and can't even imagine having a land based holiday again

     

    Hi oh lovely for you enjoy, have you been on NCL spirit before? We haven't, we couldn't go early because still in work. Enjoy Thomson spirit we haven't Ben on her either, going on celebration in Juky that's new to us to, my fav cruise line is Princess.

  6. Think i was slightly wrong, it used to be same price for 2 or 4 berth (with double occupency) and pot luck ,just remember being a 4 berth does not make it bigger apart from maybe more wardrobe space (2 berth are more than adequate anyway)

     

    It was not necessarily I wanted a bigger cabin but the location of the 4 berths was/is better for me, hence booking the 4 berth, also more of the 4 berth can be converted to double rather than L shaped berths.

     

    Just need someone who has booked same as me in past to tell me they got a 4 berth!

  7. We came home healthy, but did have a teenager hacking away at the computer next to us while we were printing up boarding passes. We plan to submit a review soon. All in all , it was a great cruise. Loved the entertainment, food and ports. I believe we were lucky because the weather was good and the outside areas of the ship could be utilized most of the time. As usual NCL, treated us royally, can't say the same for the passengers. Lot's of line cutting at the buffet, and the bar at spice h2o was every man for himself. I have calmed down so I will leave it to avoid controversy.

     

    I too am intending to do a review, my experience at spice h20 was the same every man for himself, being a woman.....I couldn't get served,I kept being ignored by bar staff, when I eventually spoke up the bar man ridiculed and embarrassed me, needless to say I was not a happy bunny!

     

    More staff were needed in that area, I was talking to a fello passenger who had been onboard for the previous cruise and she. Said she noticed a big difference in service this crew as the ship was full.

  8. Hi anyone booked a four berth cabin for two people on celebration who would be willing to check their invoice for me to check if it shows on invoice you booked a 4 berth cabin?

     

    I have booked one because deck plan showed location of 4 berths on decks 3/4 and I liked where they were and fact they could be converted to double bed.

     

    However my invoice just shows inside cabin deck 3/4 so my concern is we may get a different cabin that just sleeps two, rpthe price for the cabin was higher.

     

    Anyone willing to check I would be grateful.

     

    I emailed Thomson they just emailed back and confirmed my invoice by sending same invoice!

  9. What's up with that?! This happened on our sailing, too. I was on the March 6 sailing and came up sick. Got the sore throat, congestion, coughing in the last couple days. As did at least four other people from our roll call that I can think of off the top of my head. :(

     

    Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by what's up with that?

     

    I was just acknowledging to op that I too along with others have experienced some kind of virus whilst on the ship.

  10. I feel the op had a valid question with a valid reason for not being able to search forums,

     

    As for tipping, it appears is the "norm" in the states and maybe other countries however it is not the norm in my experience in the UK.

     

    It is a matter of personal choice or personal purse.

     

    To tip or not to tip that is the question!

     

    If your job was to sweep the streets would you expect every pedestrian that passed to tip you for doing your job?

  11. I was on the same cruise as you, I too came home with breathing difficulties and felt quite sluggish until Wednesday of this week.

     

    Like you I found bar service to be quite poor, one barman was downright rude, I have passed on my comments to NCL.

     

    We never ate in Manhattan as we dined in speciality restaurants every night.

     

    We had mixed experiences, some very good some not so good.

     

    I hope NCL take a look at some issues that have been mentioned.

     

    Pris illa I thought was a fantastic show.
