  1. We know that after Richard Fain stepped down as CEO of Royal Caribbean, they named their new CEO: The former CFO, Jason Liberty. CFO??? I think that we all knew what was coming. Sure enough, we have "new" MDR menus, cabin service once a day, cutbacks in C&A amenities................ Did anyone really think that RC wants us to have a "great deal" with this Premier Pass? So, here's my theory. Mr. PinchPenny wants to find out the reach of social media. How much effect does social media have on purchase decisions? He knew that Cruise Critic and Facebook would light up because of the release of this package at this price. He wants to analyze the data. (and possibly cut his losses by ending the promotion, or possibly claiming that it was a mistake and cancelling everything) Your opinion?
  2. WHATEVER THAT IS !?!??!??!?!?!? DON'T YOU DARE MAKE MIMOSAS OUT OF VEUVE CLIQUOT!!!!! BRING ON SOME CHEAP PROSECCO.
  3. Of course not. They don't know that he is your Plus One. 😄
  4. Not available on my November and December 2023 cruises, but IS available on January, February, and March 2024 cruises.
  5. This package allows a cruiser with no C&A status and NOT paying for a suite to get a hefty chunk of the benefits of both.
  6. Ok, website's back up, and Package is still there, same price. LOL
  7. STOP THE PRESSES! My page is now frozen. I can't access my cruises. Anyone else? I'll bet that they are fixing this glitch!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Although I believe that everyone will get cancelled, just in case they honor it................. Read the thread. You only need one package, according to RC.
  9. I have 9 cruises booked on Royal Caribbean for the rest of 2023. Only the first 3 - all on Oasis - have this option. I am able to put it in my cart for each of them. No add-ons. (like gratuity). Just a flat $88.99. A million per cent sure that this whole thing is a glitch. Veuve Cliquot alone is $38 per HALF bottle at Total Wine. Internet is a minimum of $17 a day now. And the "Premier Pass Package" is PER CRUISE - same price on my 5 night and my 7 nights. GLITCH GLITCH GLITCH GLITCH Jason Liberty does not make charitable gestures.
  10. I'll "see" your 100% and "raise" you 1,000,000%. 😄
  11. Some people want to see the proof with their own eyes. There are good reasons not to simply believe an anonymous poster on an internet message board.
  12. FWIW, I have never seen anyone mess with anyone else's towel/stuff at CocoCay.
  13. Everyone will be much happier on that topic after all of those years of the Explorer.
  14. Basically, Anthem and Oasis will be swapped out for Odyssey and Symphony. Same classes, newer ships.
  15. If you mean this, Enchantment has the name station.
  16. Yes. But if you are positive that you will never go to the MDR, switch to MTD so that they aren't holding places for you at an assigned table.
  17. pffft. The goop in the shower dispenser is actually an EXCELLENT soap for doing laundry in the sink.
  18. I have never brought on my own toilet paper. It wouldn't even occur to me to do that. I bring my own shampoo because, like many others, mostly female, I am very picky about what I do to my hair.
  19. Almost all of my cruises are a minimum of B2B. I love the 3 January cruises out of Cape Liberty on Anthem, soon to be Odyssey. Southern Caribbean ports are among my favorites. Next year, I had a B2B booked on Anthem. (Anthem does boring 7 night Bahamas cruises all winter long, except for those 11 nighters in January.) My kids decided to do a week, after I took the grandkids on their very first cruise last week. It's two weeks after my B2B. So now that's a B4B. I will have a lovely time on all of them. Only one cabin change, and that's just to be next to the family. Pros? You're on a cruise! Cons? Eventually, you have to get off. 😄
